| Background:Gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients after lumbar fusion is the most common symptom in the clinic, because the patient stays in bed and does not defecate for a long time seriously affects the patient’ s postoperative recovery.Intraoperative anesthetic application, wound analgesia, prolonged bed rest after surgery, resulting in slowing of gastrointestinal motility, metabolic waste can not be eliminated in time to trigger a series of gastrointestinal symptoms;and most patients have gastrointestinal function after lumbar spine surgery The hazard of disorder is not well understood, and its focus is on the recovery of the disease, ignoring that such postoperative complications are more harmful than the disease itself. Therefore, how to effectively prevent the occurrence of gastrointestinal dysfunction after lumbar spine surgery has become a clinically important issue. Objective:Through the use of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint therapy(point acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint sticking)to carry out clinical research on the gastrointestinal function of patients after lumbar fusion,it is important to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the early rapid recovery of gastrointestinal dysfunction after lumbar spine surgery.Sexual and clinical significance,to find a rapid and effective TCM nursing characteristics for gastrointestinal dysfunction after lumbar fusion, and also provide an important clinical reference for rapid rehabilitation after lumbar fusion. Methods:A clinical controlled trial study was conducted to collect patients with a spine specialist from Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to May 2018.Patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after lumbar fusion, who met the diagnostic criteria and included the criteria.Seventy patients with lumbar fusion after standardization were included in the study. The subjects were divided into control group(conventional nursing),and the experimental group(acupoint sniper combined with auricular acupoint nursing intervention+routine nursing)each 35 cases. All patients were collected with a unified scale to collect basic information after the lumbar fusion, disease diagnosis, surgical segment, operation time, anesthesia time, postoperative traditional nursing and postoperative TCM treatment, postoperative gastrointestinal function assessment,VAS score,JOA score, etc.,collect data, and use statistical analysis and draw tables, graphics, etc.,statistical analysis of data using statistical software SPSS16.0 for analysis.Results:1.General information of the two groups:35 patients in the control group, including 18 males and 17 females, aged 25-81 years old, with an average of(60.74±13.12)years old;35 patients in the experimental group, including 24 males and 11 females. The age ranged from 27 to 87 years old, with an average age of(59.80±13.83)years;the total average age was(60.26±13.59)years old.2.The anesthesia time, operation time and intraoperative blood loss were compared between the two groups. After statistical analysis, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The two groups of patients evaluated the efficacy(JOA,VAS score),the scores of the two groups of patients before and after surgery were statistically analyzed, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The first time of eating and the time of catheter extraction were compared between the two groups. After statistical analysis, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the statistical analysis was performed after the first time to get out of bed.(P<0.05).5.In terms of gastrointestinal function scores, the first two groups of patients had the first time of laxity, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, total gastrointestinal function scores, and total effective rate. After statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the special nursing treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, the experimental group and the control group had obvious advantages in the indexes of gastrointestinal function recovery after lumbar spine surgery, which was superior to the control group in both the rehabilitation cycle and the gastrointestinal function score. It also has a positive effect on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after lumbar fusion, which not only reduces the incidence of postoperative complications, but also shortens the hospitalization period and reduces the family’ s family financial burden. Therefore, the use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing therapy intervention can promote the rapid recovery of patients after lumbar spine surgery, clinically easy to operate, and the effect is significant, which is of great significance for the rapid recovery of lumbar spine surgery. At the same time,it also promotes the development of traditional Chinese medicine and brings out the advantages of "economic, convenient and efficient" of Chinese medicine. |
