Object iveScientifically evaluate the effects of Xiangbin decotion on improving the gastrointestinal function in postoperative choledocholithiasis, which is aim to explore effects of Xiangbin decotion on the gastrointestinal function in postoperative choledocholithiasis, offer a new way on treating gastrointestinal dysfunction in postoperative choledocholithiasis, and rich the connotation of combination of TCM and Western Medicine in surgery.MethodsSelect thirty cases of choledocholithiasis accepted Laparoscopic choledocholithotomy, cholecystectomy and drainaging by T duct surgery from 1st Mar 2015 to 1st Mar 2016. For the study, we divided them into two groups randomly, they are the Xiangbin decotion group and the blank control group. In this study, we observed sex, preoperational age, course of disease, medical history, time of the surgery and anaesthetic, amount of bleeding in this surgery, take the patients’blood sample before the day we took the operation and the 1th,3rd days after surgeries, in order to test the WBC, ALT, AST, TBIL, PT. And record the amount of T duct. Record the first time of exhausting defection. Give a mark of gastrointestinal function from the 1th to 3r ddays day after surgeries.Results1. On admission clinical data, the Xiangbin decotion group and the blank control group about their age, sex, medical history, time of the surgery and anaesthetic, amount of bleeding in this surgery had no significant differences in this situation.2.Both of this two groups had no preoperative death, anesthesia cardiovascular accidents. And there were no Postoperative pulmonary infection, abdominal infection, biliary fistula and so on.3. The treatment group compared with control group on heart rate, body temperature contrast:they had no significant differences with the count on 1th,3rd, in the situation(P>0.05). 4. The treatment group compared with control group on before the day we took the operation, their the WBC ALT, AST, TBIL, PT count after surgery had no significant differences with the count on 1th,3rd, in the situation (P>0.05).5. Comparison of the amount of T duct between the Xiangbin decotion group and the blank control group:they had no significant differences with the count on lth,2nd,3rd in the situation (P>0.05).6. Comparison of gastrointestinal function between the Xiangbin decotion group and the blank control group:the blank control group was slower than the Xiangbin decotion group in the first time exhaust with statistical significance (P<0.05).7. Comparison of pre-post operative gastrointestinal function between treatment group and blank group:the rate of ventosity in the treatment group with statistical signif icance(P<0.05); the rate of Spastic abdominal pain and naupathia had no significant differences between the treatment group and blank group.8. About the mark of gastrointestinal function, between the Xiangbin decotion group and the blank control group shown that Xiangbin decotion was good to recover gastrointestinal function (P<0.05).ConclusionIn this study we speculated Xiangbin decotion can improve the gastrointestinal function in postoperative choledocholithiasis, combined with our department research foundations. And it is good for the patients to recover quickly.
