Clinical Research Of Quyou Prescription Combined With The Fire Needle Therapy For Treating Flat Wart

Objective:Observating the clinical efficacy of the recipe named "Quyou Prescription" combined with the fire needle therapy for treating flat wart that belongs to the syndrome of accumulation by wind, heat and poison from two aspects of objective skin lesions and subjective syndromes lesions of traditional Chinese medicine, meanwhile, evaluating and analyzing the psychological factors of depression and anxiety associated with the disease.Methods:Using the method of randomized control, the 100 patients of flat wart that meet the criterias are randomly divided into the treatment group and control, the number of the actual completion patients in treatment group is 48, and control group is 46. Patients in treatment group admit the traditional Chinese medicine named "Quyou Prescription" combined with the fire needle therapy and the control takes "Famciclovir Capsules" combined with "Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel" for external use. After 4 weeks of treatment, comparing the objective skin lesions and subjective syndromes lesions of traditional Chinese medicine of the two groups to detemine the overall efficacy; at the same time, classified evaluating psychological problems of patients with flat wart with the metods of SCL-90, then comparative observating the psychological problems of depression and anxiety of flat wart patients before and after the treatment using HAMD and HAMA.Results:1. After 4 weeks of treatment, the objective skin scores in treatment group is better than that in control one (P<0.05), the number of cured patients in treatment group is 15, the number of excellence is 26, the effective and invalid number is 7 and 0, the totle effective rate is 85.42%; and in control group, the number of cured patients is 5, the number of excellence is 16, the effective number is 19, and the invalid is 6, the total effective rate of it is 45.65%, there is a significant difference comparing the efficacy of the two groups (P<0.05); in the aspect of recurrence rate, the treatment group is 13.33%, and the control group is 80.00%, there also has a significant difference (P<0.01).2. After 4 weeks of treatment, the subjective syndromes lesions of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment group is better than that in control one, too (P<0.01).3. Befor the treatment, psychological factors of interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety of patients with flat wart are significantly higher than the Chinese standard norm (P<0.01), and in terms of relieving psychological symptoms of depression or anxiety, the treatment group is also better than the control one (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. "Quyou Prescription" combined with the fire needle can improve the objective skin lesions, and it has lower recurrence rate, better long-term efficacy and much higher security.2. "Quyou Prescription" combined with the fire needle can relieve the subjective syndromes lesions effectively, it reflects the therapeutic adavantages of traditional Chinese medicine for starting from the syndromes.3. Patients with flat wart exist significant psychological problems of interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety, "Quyou Prescription" combined with the fire needle can improve the problems of depression or anxiety, it reflects advantages of regulating the emotion from visceras of traditional Chinese medicine and the fire needle therapy outside.
