Objective: To investigate the degree of bone and joint pain and distribution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes in patients with Maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)in the dialysis center of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Relevant laboratory parameters were collected to analyze the bone and joint pain in maintenance hemodialysis patients The characteristics and the TCM syndromes, the relevant laboratory indicators for the maintenance of hemodialysis and bone and joint pain in patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment provide a reference and basis. Methods: A total of 97 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis with bone and joint pain were enrolled in this study. The 97 patients were enrolled in this study.According to the four questionnaires of arthralgia data collected by clinical questionnaire,97 patients Dialectical type of Chinese medicine, divided into: paralysis, pain paralysis, paralysis, rheumatism Bi,phlegm stasis blocking and liver and kidney deficiency. The patient's age, sex, primary disease, dialysis age and dialysis frequency were recorded. The biochemical indexes such as serum calcium, phosphorus,PTH,calcium and phosphorus products were collected from the inpatient system.Use SPSS19.0 statistical software to analyze the collected data. Results: 1.During the survey,184 questionnaires were distributed,of which 170 patients participated in the survey. The recovery rate was 92.4%,of which 97 patients(57.1%)had bone and joint pain.2.Longer dialysis age was associated with bone and joint pain in patients with MHD.There was more bone-joint pain group with more than 10 years ofdialysis(P<0.05),and the average age of dialysis was greater than that of group without bone and joint(6.60).±4.79 vs 4.88±3.47,P<0.05).3.There was significant difference in ALP and PTH between patients with bone and joint pain in MHD patients and patients with non-osteoarthritis,P<0.001,indicating that there was a correlation between ALP and PTH and osteoarthritis, and those with M joint bone pain The ALP and PTH levels were higher than those without joint pain.(88.0(78.0)vs69.0(30.0),P<0.001;375.5(869.5)vs293.5(534.25),P<0.05)4.The syndrome type of TCM in patients with bone and joint pain in MHD was the most common with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome(43.3%),followed by phlegm resistance(30.90%).5.There is a correlation between the degree of pain and TCM syndrome in patients with MHD osteoarthritis(2=25.916,P=0.004).There is a correlation between traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and current pain assessment(PPI)(2=52.721,P=0.001).In patients with severe pain, liver and kidney deficiency are the main types.6.There were differences in PTH levels among patients with MHD-osteoarthritis in different TCM syndrome types(P=0.01): PTH levels in patients with liver and kidney deficiency type were lower than those in patients with phlegm type(944.85(1051.22)vs 269.60(529.53),P<0.05).7.There was no significant difference in PPI levels of ALP,calcium, and PTH among patients with MHD bone and joint pain. There was a statistically significant difference in P levels between different levels of PPI(P=0.007).The level of plasma calcium and phosphorus in different PPIs was different. The difference was statistically significant(P=0.048),and the PPI was better at 0 points. Conclusion: 1.TCM syndromes of MHD patients with bone and joint pain are more common in deficiency syndrome, with the largest proportion of patients with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome, followed by phlegm and stasis.2.MHD bone and joint pain in patients with TCM syndrome and the degree of feeling of pain has a certain relationship, the degree of pain in patients with deficiency may be more serious.3.For patients with long dialysis ages and high levels of PTH,attention should be paid to the management of bone and joint pain.4.The blood phosphorus level and calcium phosphorus product score of PPI were 0 points higher than those of 1,2,3,4.
