ObjectiveThrough the identification of TCM constitution of patients who are definitely diagnosed as stable angina pectoris. To analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution in stable angina pectoris patients and explore the correlation between TCM constitution types and NT-pro BNP and Endothelial function, for the prevention and treatment of stable angina pectoris provide new evidence.MethodsBy using the method of questionnaire, choose 120 patients were diagnosed stable angina pectoris in the outpatient department, cardiology department and other internal medicine areas of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from October 2016 to December 2017.And giving a physical investigation for the 120 cases of stable angina pectoris who met the inclusion criteria, and judging their TCM constitution. To analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution in stable angina pectoris patients.Set up a data base then use the such as NT-pro BNP ?Endothelial function and Constitutional Classification of Chinese Medicine in Excel and statistical analysis by SPSS 21.0.Results1.120 patients were collected in accordance with the inclusion criteria of stable angina pectoris, aged 41-65 years old, mean age 56.38±6.343 years old,56 males, mean age 55.07±7.02 years old,and 64 females, mean age 57.53±5.49 years old.2.The diatribution of TCM Constitution of stable angina pectoris in patients: phlegmatic hygrosis 38 cases(31.7%),blood stasis 22cases(18.3%),Qi deficiency 20 cases(16.7%),Yang deficiency 19cases(15.8%),humid heat hygrosis 12 cases(10%),Qi quality 7 cases(5.8%),Yin deficiency 3 cases(2.5%),gentleness 0 cases(0%),special intrinsic quality 0cases(0%).The most common TCM Constitution of stable angina pectoris between males and females were phlegmatic hygrosis, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Compare the NT-pro BNP level of stable angina pectoris in the TCM constitution: between any two physical type, phlegmatic hygrosis or blood stasis compared with Yang deficiency or Yin deficiency, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison between the two remaining there was no significant difference.4.Compare the NO level of stable angina pectoris in the TCM constitution:Yin deficiency and Qi quality were higher than other 5 physical types, and between any two physical type,Yin deficiency and Qi quality compared with other physical type, the difference statistically significant;there was no significant difference between Yin deficiency and Qi quality. There was differences between dampness and heat, blood stasis and yang deficiency.Comparison between the two remaining there was no significant difference.5.Compare the ET-1 level of stable angina pectoris in the TCM constitution:Yin deficiency and Qi quality were higher than other physical types, and between any two physical type,Yin deficiency and Qi quality compared with other physical type, the difference statistically significant;there was no significant difference between Yin deficiency and Qi quality.Comparison between the two remaining there was no significant difference.ConclusionOn the basis of this study, phlegmatic hygrosis is easier to suffer from stable angina pectoris. In the different TCM constitution,NT-pro BNP was higher in phlegmatic hygrosis and blood stasis;NO was higher in Yin deficiency and Qi quality, and between any other two physical type, the difference was statistically significant;ET-1 was lower in Yin deficiency and Qi quality, and between any other two physical type, the difference was statistically significant;...
