| Objective The purpose of this paper is to observe the effect Weiwei decoction on clinical symptoms,signicant signs,pathological examination,gastric mucosal tissue and study on the gastric mucosa tissue and serum cox-2,the effects of P53,to explore the molecular mechanism of treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Method A prospective single-blind randomized controlled study was used to include64 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach qi Yin and Yin deficiency,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,The treatment group was treated with Weiwei decoction group,and the control group was treated with the Weifuchun,and the treatment period was half a year.The basic data of gender,age and course of disease were collected in detail,and observe the clinical symptoms,signicant signs and pathological examination of the two groups,and detect t he expression of COX-2、P53 in peripheral blood and gastric mucosal tissue by Elisa and immunohistochemistry,and compare the results before and after.Result1.Comparisons of two groups before treatment:There was no significant difference on clinical symptoms(epigastric pain,distention and fullness,belching,thirst,asthenia and wheezing,poor appetite),signicant signs,pathological examination,COX-2,P53 in serum and gastric mucosal(P>0.05),it’s comparable.2.Comparisons of two groups after treatment:treatment group(Weiwei decoction)and control group(Weifuchun)compare in the own group,the clinical symptoms,gastroscopic signs,pathological conditions,gastric mucosal cox-2,serum cox-2,gastric mucosal P53 and serum P53 of Weiwei decoction group improved after treatment compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical symptoms,gastroscopic signs,pathological conditions,gastric mucosal cox-2,serum cox-2,gastric mucosal P53 and serum P53 of Weifuchun group improved after treatment compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the treatment group with the control group,the treatment group had no obvious advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of distention and fullness,signicant signs,intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia,decreasing the gastric mucox-2 and P53 expression,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),there were obvious advantages in improving epigastric pain,belching,thirst,asthenia and wheezing,poor appetite,atrophy,dysplasia,decreased serum cox-2 and P53 expression and efficiency,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Weiwei Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,signicant signs and pathological examination of CAG patients,play a great role in reducing the expression of COX-2、P53 in peripheral blood and gastric mucosal tissue to strengthen the defense and repair ability of the mucosal barrier,indicating its therapeutic and preventive effect on CAG,and the therapeutic mechanism may be achieved by reducing cox-2 and P53 expression levels. |
