Clinical Study On Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke By Tong-yuan Theory

ObjectiveThrough clinical observation of Tong acupuncture treatment of acute ischemic stroke,on the improvement of Tongyuan acupuncture on neurological function in patients with functional exercise,and clear clinical application of acupuncture in yuan of acute ischemic stroke,further clinical acupuncture provides according to Tong yuan.MethodFrom the rehabilitation department of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital included 60 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke in the Department(in accordance with the inclusion criteria,the incidence of 2 weeks),were randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture + yuan basic medical treatment and rehabilitation training)30 cases and control group(conventional acupuncture + basic medical treatment and rehabilitation training of 30 cases).Before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Fugl Meyer score(FMA score)were evaluated respectively.After collecting and perfecting the data,the data is arranged and the statistical analysis is carried out.Result(1)Intra-group comparisons: The NIHSS and FMA scores of the control group before and after treatment were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01).The NIHSS and FMA scores before and after treatment in the treatment group had significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01).(2)Comparison between groups: After treatment,NIHSS and FMA scores of the treatment group were improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of difference: The difference between before and after treatment in the treatment group is different from before and after the difference in the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionThe treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke Tongyuan acupuncture,can improve the neurological function and motor function,and the effect is better than ordinary acupuncture,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
