Objectivestudies have shown that the incidence of acne is correlated with the patient's age, gender, sleeping conditions, skin type, pressure, depression, diet preferences,make-up frequency, smoking and drinking, etc.Frequently we found in clinic that treating one certain disease though dialectical and prescribing is the same, but the curative effect is quite different. In order to explore the related factors,This survey collected and sorted out the clinical efficacy of jiawei erzhiwan in treating acne of yin xu nei re in professor xuan's outpatient department, summarized and analyzed the possible reasons for the differences in clinical efficacy of TCM,so as to provide some references for improving the clinical efficacy.MethodsSelected patients who visited professor Xuan Guowei at dermatology department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine during August 2017 to January 2017,in accordance with acne of yin xu nei re,whose dialectical was unity and the prescription was the same.Through telephone follow-up,fill in the form of questionnaire,to collect their age, gender, mental and psychological status, life care and other aspects of the situation,to assess the age, gender, sleeping conditions, skin type, decoction and the time of taking medicine, depression, pressure, diet preferences, birthplace, makeup frequency, smoking and drinking, other disease history and other factors related to the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.Results1.The onset age of acne is mainly in 16-30 years old,21-25 years old is the high incidence age of acne, and the prevalence rate of acne in men is significantly lower than that in women.2.After treatment, the effective rate of male and female patients was 61.9% and 34.2%,and the effective rate of sleep time above 8 hours was 73.3%,far higher than that of less than 8 hours of sleep time.the effective rate of oily and mixed skin patients was 43.59%,and the effective rate of dry and neutral skin patients was 68.18%;The effective rate was 77.9 % in local patients and 56.3 % in filed patients;the effective rate of patients who used cosmetics frequently is 38.5%,which is far lower than that of patients without makeup habit(81.2%),and the difference between them is statistically significant.3.The treatment of acne has no statistical significance in age, method of decocting traditional Chinese medicine, time of taking Chinese medicine, depression and pressure, diet preferences, past medical history and smoking and drinking.4.Due to the small sample size, cases all from the outpatient department, the baseline of sex and age were not consistent, the results of the research may not representative. However, through a large number of literature review and research summary, the characteristics of the incidence of acne and the related factors of the disease can be strengthened to the patients, which will help the patients to know more about the disease.5.In order to improve the clinical efficacy of treating acne in traditional Chinese medicine,in addition to the dialectical and accurate drug use,it is also necessary to pay attention to the patient's post drug care, living habits, psychological counseling and so on.It is of great significance to ensure adequate and good sleep, strengthen local skin care, reduce the frequency of use of cosmetics, and change bad diet and so on.ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne in addition to the agreed medication compliance, disease severity, disease course and treatment time or other related factors, female, lack of sleep, oily skin, filed patient,make-up Frequent are also the important factors. So we need to tell the patients pay enough attention to these aspects.
