Eliminate Acne Soup Oral And Reversed Scattered Clinical Efficacy Of Topical Treatment Of Acne

Objective: To observe influence on ance by Xiaocuotang taken orally and Diandaosan external application to provide an effective way of cure ance.In addition,to further explore the relationship between ance and sex hormone.Methods:70 patients who were consistent with diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (30 cases). In order to observe effect of differences in two groups, patients of treatment group, were cured by Xiaocuotang taken orally and Diandaosan external application, patients of control group were cured by Longdan xiegankeli taken orally and Meiluxiaocuogao external application.At the same time, sex hormone level was determined by radioimmunity before treatment.Results:1 Scores were analysed after one month, in the treatment group: 20 cases were cured, 11 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were improvement, 4 cases were invalid;in the control group: 6 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were improvement, 10 cases were invalid.The total effective rate of treatment group was 77.50%;the total effective rate of control group was 50.00%. Effect of treatment group is superior to control group(P<0.05).2 Determination of sex hormone level: the progesterone of 18 cases is increasing,accounting for 25.71%,the human follicle stimulating hormone of 10 cases is decreasing, accounting for 14.29%, the prolactin of 7 cases is increased, accounting for 10.00%. Testosterone,estradioland human iute-inizing hormone were normal.Conclusion: 1 Efficiency by Xiaocuotang taken orally and Diandaosan external application is obvious.This way is safe and worthy of further clinical research and promotion.2 The progesterone and the ance are possibly relative.
