Clinical Observation Of "Fuzi Xiexin Decoction" In Treating Deficient Qi Syndrome Of Reflux Esophagitis

According to the literature,epidemiological investigations both at home and abroad show that the incidence of reflux esophagitis is gradually increasing and has become one of the major digestive diseases that plague people's lives.The symptoms of various performance,the general patient v.Acid reflux,belching and other performance,but only some patients with upper abdominal burning sensation,or occasional pharyngeal discomfort,the clinical manifestations of different performance.Reflux esophagitis,if no serious complications,generally do not endanger life,but its long duration,complete cure is more difficult,can significantly reduce the quality of life of patients.Modern medical treatment of reflux esophagitis conducted a more in-depth study,that the stomach contents,such as gastric acid,bile reflux is the main reason leading to the occurrence of symptoms.On this basis,a variety of effective drug treatment and minimally invasive surgery developed surgical treatment.In large-scale clinical trials have shown good results,but from the clinical diagnosis and patient feedback that the modern medical treatment taking a long cycle,and easy to relapse after stopping.In recent years,great advances have been made in medicine in the motherland and the course of combining traditional experiences with modern science and technology has been accomplished and tremendous achievements have been made.Among them,for the treatment of reflux esophagitis,many scholars have put forward their own experience and views.Overall,the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of reflux esophagitiscompared to the simple use of western medicine has a huge advantage.This study is aimed at the classic prescription aconite Xie Xin Tang,based on the dialectical treatment of a small amount of reflux esophagitis reflux,the efficacy of a new analysis and discussion.At the same time,also on the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" in the special boiling method for clinical efficacy evaluation.Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of "Fuzi Xiexin Decoction" in the treatment of reflux esophagitis by a randomized single-blind controlled trial.Eventually to expand the clinical application of "Fuzi Xiexin Decoction" and the diagnosis and treatment of reflux esophagitis provide a new way of thinking.Methods: In this study,patients with gastroenterology and ward diagnosed as mid-qi retrograde reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases)and control group(33 cases).Both groups omeprazole enteric-coated capsules,each 20 mg,morning and evening 1.The treatment group based on syndrome differentiation treated with aconite Xiexin decoction,the specific prescription drugs: rhubarb 12 g,Coptis 6g,Scutellaria 6g and aconite 6g(according to the stool frequency adjustment rhubarb dose).Fritillaria,fried mountain gardenia;tired lazy words,plus Astragalus,Codonopsis,Atractylodes;sternal pain,burning significantly with white peony root,Baked Licorice),one packet of Chinese medicine a day and drink twice a day.The course of treatment is 8 weeks.Observed indicators of clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine as the standard,after the end of the treatment of statistical data and analysis.Results: The treatment group of 34 people,the total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was 4.8824 ± 3.45333;cured 7,markedly effective 5,effective20,invalid 1,the total effective rate was 97.1%.The control group of 33 people,the total score of symptoms of TCM symptoms after treatment was 8.3030± 5.58729,cured 3,markedly effective 1,effective 20,invalid 8,the total effective rate 75.8%.After statistical analysis,the treatment scores of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups were significantly better than those of the control group.The treatment group of TCM syndrome evaluation was also superior to the control group,with statistical differences.It can be considered that Aconite Xiexin Decoction combined with omeprazole is better than pure western medicine group.Conclusion: The "Fuzi Xiexin Decoction" has good curative effect on the mid-qi retrograde reflux esophagitis with no obvious side effects and is worth further promotion and research.
