Objective: The purpose of this study was to start from a literature review of traditional Chinese medicine on endometrial polyps and Chinese medicine treatment of endometrial polyps and its postoperative recurrence.By observing the effects of Cangfudaotan tang on the endometrial polyps of endometrial junctions.Changes of TCM symptoms and syndrome scores in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery and effects on endometrium thickness, pregnancy rate, recurrence rate, and discussion on the addition and subtraction of Cangfudaotan tang to improve the endometrial polyp hysteroscopy Postoperative patient's intrauterine environment and prevention of clinical recurrence of endometrial polyps. Methods: This study selected 64 patients with endometrial polyps who met the inclusion criteria from January 2017 to October 2017 in Guangdong Provincial Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A randomized controlled study was used to divide the 64 cases into control groups and The treatment group 2 groups, the treatment group used Cangfudaotan tang to intervene, began to take the second day after hysteroscopy, and even served 3 cycles, including menstrual period stop taking, the control group was followed up for regular follow-up review. After 3 consecutive cycles of treatment, the symptoms, syndrome scores, and the condition of the endometrium were reviewed periodically during the 4th month after surgery.Statistical knowledge was used to analyze the quantitative indicators before and after treatment, and the difference in overall efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:1.Comparison of symptom scores between the two groups: The independent sample t-test: the mean squared deviation of symptom scores before treatment between the two groups(F=0.500,P=0.482>0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean value of symptom scores before treatment between the two groups(t=-0.212,P=0.833>0.05),comparable.Differences in symptom scores after treatment between the two groups were not equal(F=39.508,P=0.000<0.01).Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference in symptom scores after treatment between patients in the treatment group(t?=4.158,P=0.000<0.01).The difference in symptom scores before and after treatment between the two groups was not equal(F=11.035,P=0.002<0.01).Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference in symptom scores after treatment between the treatment group(t?=4.158,P=0.000<0.01).After paired t test, there was a significant difference in symptom scores before and after treatment in the control group and the treatment group(t=15.563,33.286,P=0.000,0.000<0.01).2.Comparison of syndromes in two groups: The independent sample t-test showed that the average variance of the pre-treatment syndrome scores was equal between the two groups(F=3.402,P=0.070>0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean value of the syndrome scores before treatment between the two groups(t=-0.292,P=0.771>0.05),comparable.The variance of syndrome scores after treatment in the two groups was not equal(F=4.455,P=0.039<0.05).Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference in the scores of the syndrome after treatment in the treatment group(t?=8.904,P=0.000<0.01).Differences in the scores of the syndromes before and after treatment between the two groups were inconsistent(F=5.614,P=0.021<0.05).Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference in the scores of the syndrome after treatment in the treatment group(t?=8.904,P=0.000<0.01).After paired t test, there was a significant difference in the scores of syndromes before and after treatment in the control group and the treatment group(t=13.077,37.290,P=0.000,0.000<0.01).3.Comparison of intimal thickness between the two groups: The independent sample t-test: the variance of endometrial thickness before treatment in both groups was equal(F=0.100,P=0.753>0.05).There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups before treatment(t=1.238,P=0.220>0.05),comparable.Differences in intimal thickness after treatment between the two groups were not equal(F=10.596,P=0.002<0.05).Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference in the thickness of the intima after treatment(t?=3.907,P=0.000<0.01).The difference in intimal thickness between the two groups before and after treatment was inconsistent(F=1.005,P=0.320>0.05).Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the intima thickness after treatment between the two groups(t=-0.679,P=0.500<0.01).After paired t test, there was a significant difference in the intima thickness before and after treatment in the control group and the treatment group(t=9.941,11.623,P=0.000,0.000<0.01).4.Comparison of recurrence rates between the two groups: The number of relapses in the control group was 6(18.75%),and the number of relapses in the treatment group was 1(3.13%).The Fisher c2 test showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the relapse rate between the two groups(P=0.045<0.05).There was a significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups after treatment.5.Comparison of pregnancy rates between the two groups: The number of cases of pregnancy in the treatment group was 2 cases(6.25%),and the number of cases of treatment in the control group was 0 cases(0).Fisher c2 test: There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups(P=0.492>0.05).There was no significant difference in the pregnancy rate within the observation range between the two groups after treatment.6.Comparison of main symptoms in two groups of patients: After treatment for three months of the menstrual cycle, the comparison results between the control group and the treatment group were as follows: Fisher c2 exact test: There was a significant difference in the menstrual period between the two groups(P=0.03<0.05).There was a significant difference in the menstrual symptoms between the two groups after treatment. The two groups showed increased menstrual flow(P=1.321>0.05),interperitoneal bleeding(P=3.134>0.05),and irregular bleeding(P=0.726>0.05),no significant difference. Conclusion: Cangfudaotan tang can effectively improve the symptoms and constitution of the patients with postoperative peritoneal endometrial polyps. The symptom scores and syndrome scores are significantly reduced, and the recurrence of polyps can be effectively prevented, and the clinical symptoms are significantly relieved.Obvious side effects, for the treatment of patients with spastic symphysis endometrial polyps worthy of further clinical promotion.
