The Clinical Curative Effect Observation On The Treatment Of Cold Urticaria With Xi Yin Tang

Objective:To observe the clinicai curative effect of Xi Yin Tang which was used to cure cold urtiacaria.Test method:To take the research methods of randonnized contontroiied.72 patients were all from the first Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine. They were divided two groups, the treatment group was 38 case, and the control of 34 case. The treatment group was given Xi Yin Tang,the control group was given Epinastine Hydrochloride Tablets,the course of treatment was 8 weeks.After treatment 4 and 8 weeks late,the number of observed wheal,pruritus wheal size before and after treatment,weekly frequency, duration and symptom score for each drop index (SSRI) changed,and observe the respective two groups recurrence rate with statistical software SPSS17.0.Results:1.After the treatment, the treatment group total effective rate was 92.11%,in the control group total effective rate was 79.41%. The comparison of two groups total effective rate was significant difference (P<0.05).2.Two groups of treatment 8 weeken late each symptom integral compared with before treatment has obvious drop, and difference are significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xi Yin Tang is the treatment of chronic urticaria (cold) is effective treatment.2.Xi Yin Tang is the better in the treatment of chronic urticaria than Epinastine Hydrochloride Tablets.
