Objective:Study the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and ovulatory disorder infertility patient's ovarian reserve and ovulatory disorder infertility patients with constitution.Study the relationship between vitamin E levels and ovulatory disorder infertility and follicular development and ovulation disorders constitution infertile patients relevance.Part I:Correlation between serum vitamin D research ovulatory disorder infertility and constitutionMethods:1.November 2014-April 2015,Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional collect Eligible patients ovulatory disorder infertility diagnostic criteria,fill in the Chinese Medical Society 2009-04-09 released "Chinese constitutionclassification and determination." physical survey and analysis.Results:1.In this study a total of 107 subjects,of whom 34 people with normal ovulation,ovulatory disorder infertility 73 people;42 people where no ovulation,ovulation 60 people in there ovulation luteal 26 people;in ovulatory disorder infertility polycystic ovary syndrome in 31 cases,accounting for ovulatory disorder infertility 42.47%;30 cases of diminished ovarian reserve,accounting for 41.10%,luteinized unruptured syndrome in 3 cases,accounting for 4.11%,high prolactin hyperlipidemia two cases,accounting for 2.74%,small follicle ovulation 7 cases,accounting for 9.58%.Physical survey some patients due to objective reasons,did not undergo the investigation,it left 81 people,including ovulatory disorder infertility physical survey of 57 people,24 people in ovulation normal physical survey.Normal ovulation mean age 30.60 ?4.87 years,ovulation disorders group,the average age of 32.03 ± 6.54 years.2.107 subjects in two cases with normal vitamin D,accounting for 1.87%of vitamin D deficiency in 25 cases,accounting for 23.36%,80 cases of vitamin D deficiency,accounting for 74.77%.3.25-(OH)D and motherhood was a positive correlation(r = 0.336 P<0.05).And pregnant once more by vitamin D levels were significantly higher than primary infertility(P>0.05).4.there is no ovulation ovulation and vitamin D levels had no significant difference(P>0.05),ovulation Luteal normal vitamin D levels were no significant differences(P>0.05),ovulation and ovulation disorder group normal vitamin D levels had no significant difference(P>0.05).5.Patients with a negative correlation between base LH 25-hydroxyvitamin D and polycystic ovary syndrome(r =-0.431,P<0.05),with age,disease duration,BMI and hormone E2,FSH and antral follicle count was no significant correlation(P>0.05).6.25-hydroxyvitamin D and diminished ovarian reserve base E2 patients,ovarian volume,antral follicle number and size of antral follicles stasis(10.79%),qi quality(10.07%),hot and humid matter(8.63%),special intrinsic quality(3.6%).And using the chi-square test to compare 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency group and the lack of group differences in distribution,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Motherhood is a factor serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels.2.Vitamin D levels may not directly affect follicle development factors.Patients with ovarian function correlation analysis found a negative correlation with the underlying LH 3.In this study,25-hydroxyvitamin D and polycystic ovary syndrome;decreased correlation analysis and found that the ovarian reserve and basic hormones E2,ovarian volume,sinus number of follicles and antral follicles size was positively correlated with the underlying hormone LH,FSH was negatively correlated,suggesting that 25-hydroxyvitamin D and ovulatory disorder infertility ovarian reserve,patients may have some relevance.3.ovulatory disorder infertility patients more biased constitution,in which the composite constitution common,while in the composite constitution to Yang and quality most.4.In the ovulatory disorder infertility patients,the higher the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D status,the better the body's yin and yang balance.Tip vitamin D levels can be detected as one indicator of the peace constitution.Part tube after dispensing-80?refrigerator,batch sent to Beijing Harmony Medical Laboratory(vitamin E is China's only after the United States CAPS certification)to detect vitamin E,inspection once a week.The body mass index data applications SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.This study collected 83 cases of patient population,including 32 people with normal ovulation,ovulatory disorder infertility 51,no ovulation ovulation disorders in 21 cases,30 cases of luteal;wherein in the follicular phase of 48 cases,in the luteal phase of 37 cases;two subjects measured twice vitamin E,respectively follicular phase and the luteal phase in.Physical investigation a total of 48 cases were physical ovulatory disorder infertility patients.Ovulation disorder group those luteal(P<0.01).4.follicle ovulation disorders of vitamin E,estradiol E2,the largest follicle diameter were significantly lower than normal ovulation group(P<0.05),ovulation disorders group luteal phase E2,progesterone P and vitamin E were significantly lower than normal ovulation group(P<0.05).5.There are dominant follicle during the follicular phase(follicular maximum diameter greater than 1.0cm)by vitamin E and hormone FSH has a positive correlation(P<0.05),and E2,LH,follicular maximum diameter was no significant correlation(P>0.05);in the luteal phase progesterone vitamin E and P has a positive correlation(P<0.05),and E2 was no significant correlation(P>0.05).6.1n 48 cases of ovulatory disorder infertility investigation constitution,a single constitution 9 cases,accounting for 18.75%,of which 8 cases gentleness,special intrinsic quality one case.Composite constitution 39 cases,accounting for 81.25 percent,the analysis of vitamin E levels and ovulatory disorder infertility individual constitution no significant correlation between the number of types(P>0.05)7.Vitamin E is based on the constitution in accordance with the reference range of vitamin E5-10mg/1,10-15mg/1,15-20mg/1 divided into low,medium,and high group,low levels of the vitamin E group,the top three for the physical frequency yang quality(28.89%),gentleness(20.00%),qi quality(13.35%);vitamin E group top three for the deficiency in the level of quality(14.85%),Yang and quality(12.87%),qi deficiency(12.87%).High levels of vitamin E group top three of gentleness(25.00%),Qi deficiency(14.29%),Yang and quality(10.71%).Low levels of the vitamin E group and yang quality is significantly higher than the levels of vitamin E and a high level group(P<0.05),high levels of vitamin E group gentleness frequency was significantly higher than the vitamin E group and the low level group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Age is a factor serum vitamin E levels.2.In the ovulatory disorder infertility patients,yang quality low vitamin E's predisposition.3.The serum vitamin E levels in patients with ovulatory disorder infertility luteal relevant,its assessment of luteal function may have some reference value.
