Clinical Observation On Curative Effect Of Fufang Kushen Decoction On Acute Anal Eczema (Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome) Treated By Sitz Bath

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of Fufang Kushen Decoction in the treatment of acute anal eczema(Damp-heat pouring downward syndrome),and to verify the safety of its clinical application,and to provide some reference for the treatment of anal eczema with TCM characteristic external therapy.Method: In this paper,80 cases of anorectal eczema patients who meet the inclusion criteria were selected from the Anorectal outpatient and inpatients in the affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese medicine,which were divided into observation group and control group in 40 cases by clinical randomized control.The observation group was given a sitz bath of Fufang Kushen Decoction,1 times daily morning and evening,7 days for a course,and two consecutive treatments.The control group was given local coating of Compound Phellodendron Liquid,2 times daily,7 days for one course,and two consecutive treatments.Before the treatment of each case to assess the disease,statistical symptoms and signs points,two treatment after the end of the review and assessment of the disease score.A return visit was performed 2 months after treatment,recording the follow-up results and counting the recurrence rate.Before and after treatment,physical and chemical examination of each case,ECG,chest film and other routine examination,detection of basic physical condition,observation of drug adverse reactions and side effects of the production.Result: The clinical observation data of observation group and control group before and after treatment were analyzed statistically by using SPSS19.0 software.The results showed that there was no significant difference in general disease data between the observation group and the control group before treatment,both of which were comparable(p>0.05).After treatment,there were differences in the degree of pruritus,the integral of effusion,the integral of perianal skin pain,the integral of skin rash,the area of lesion and total integral,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).After treatment,the observation group and the control group were significantly different from those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).After treatment observation Group and control group in total curative effect comparison,observation group total effective rate 91.89%,control group total efficiency 68.42%,p=0.032<0.05,difference is statistically significant,can think observation group curative effect is better than control group.Conclusion: Fufang Kushen Decoction sitz bath and Compound Phellodendron Liquid topical treatment of acute anal eczema(Damp-heat pouring downward syndrome)have a good curative effect,and non-toxic side effects,safe and reliable;the curative effect of Fufang Kushen Decoction in treating acute anal eczema with Damp-heat pouring downward syndrome is better than local coating of compound Phellodendron Liquid.
