The Curative Effect Of Treating Migraine GeZhi Method Retrospective Investigation Of Evaluation And Its Influencing Factors

Purpose:This topic mainly through to the Huang Yongsheng,a professor at the outpatient GeZhi treatments for migraine case files were retrospectively studies,an investigation on the recurrence rate and its influencing factors,the statistical analysis,concluded that further for the prevention,control and treatment of migraine evaluation provides the basis.Method: This paper studies and analyzes the case archives of patients with migra ines treated by professor Huang Yongsheng from December 2011 to December 2016.The treatment time and the TCM syndromes of the patients are determined.The inves tigation is conducted through telephone follow-up,and the relapse of migraine after tre atment with the treatment is clear,and the factors affecting the recurrence.SPSS23.0was used for statistical analysis,and chi-square test and rank and test were used to e valuate the relationship between the curative effect of the treatment of migraine and it s recurrence and influencing factors.Result:Among the 351 subjects,43.59% were male,158 were female,56.41% were female,and 193 were total.The age of patients with migraine is between 16~75 years old,with a majority of patients under 40 years old,accounting for 71.79%(252 cases).In all the subjects,there were 8 kinds of TCM syndrome types,of which yang hyperactivity syndrome was the most common,218 cases,27.98% of the total syndrome factors,followed by phlegm syndrome(114 cases,14.63% of the total syndrome factors)and blood stasis syndrome(121cases,accounting for 15.53% of the total syndrome factors).The female patients with yang hyperactivity were the most common,146 cases,accounting for 41.59% of the total cases,and male patients with yang hyperactivity syndrome(72 cases,20.51% of the total cases)and phlegm syndrome(74 cases,21.08% of the total cases)were the most common.Migraine patients with hyperactivity syndrome in Zhongyang are mostly 30~39 years old.Phlegm turbidity syndrome is mostly 40~59 years old,and blood stasis syndrome is mostly 16~39years old.The cure rate of migraine patients was 84.33% after initial treatment,and the cure rate was 97.56% after two times of treatment.The treatment of migraine by cutting therapy is suitable for migraine sufferers of various TCM syndromes.The main factors associated withmigraine attack were psychological factors and sleep related factors.Conclusion: Through this retrospective study,it can be seen that the effective rate of the treatment of migraine is high,the effective rate of first cut treatment is 84.33%,the effective rate of two times recutting is up to 97.56%,which is significantly higher than that of other treatments.And the treatment of migraine is widely used in the treatment of migraine,which almost covers all patients with migraine in TCM syndrome type.Therefore,it is worth popularizing and applying in the future clinical treatment.The main factors of TCM Syndromes of migraine are yang hyperactivity syndrome,phlegm syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.Psychological factors and sleep related factors are the main causes of migraine attacks.The patients with migraine should avoid anxiety and depression and other bad psychology in daily life.To prevent migraine attacks and improve the quality of life.
