Yishenjiedutongluo Decoction Treat Diabetes Nephropathy (Qiyinliangxu Stasis Toxic Syndrome) Clinical Studies

Purpose: Through observatio n of yishenjiedutongluo decoction eliminatethe urine protein and improve the TCM Syndrome in patients with diabetesnephropathy Qiyinliangxu stasis toxic syndrome. make a further evaluation tothe efficacy and safety.Method: In this study，a randomized controlled method，the treatment groupreceived yishenjiedutongluo decoction，the control group was given a huangkuiCapsule，4weeks for a course， continuous observation of the three courses.Result: By statistical analysis， the results show that yishenjiedutong luodecoction can significantly improve the symptoms of diabetes nephropathyQiyinliangxu stasis toxic syndrome and without any side effects.yishenjiedutongluo decoction can significantly reduce proteinuria， totaleffective rate was92.3%before and after treatment，significant differences （P<0.05）， with statistical significance.Conclusion: yishenjiedutongluo decoction have a significant effect to themitigation of diabetes nephropathy Qiyinliangxu stasis toxic syndrome TCMSyndrome and reduce proteinuria a spects.Safe and reliable， without an yadverse drug reactions， the ideal drug for clinical treatment of diabetes thenephrotic Qiyinliangxu stasis drug card.
