The Clinical Effect Of Oral Yuling Granule In The Treatment Of Oral Lichen Planus And The Changes Of Tongue Microcirculation Before And After Treatment

Objective: To observe the effect of oral Yuling Granule on oral lichen planus and the change of microcirculation in oral lichen planus.Methods: The oral mucosal Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine was collected from January 2017 to January 2018 in 80 cases of OLP patients(42 women and 38 men).The age of 19~70 years(an average of 40.275 years)and a history of 3~10 years.T he test group was randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.T he experimental group was given oral oral Yuyang Granule and the control group was given oral Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules for 4 weeks.Results: 1.T he scores of symptoms and signs of OLP after treatment in two groups were all changed compared with those before t reatment,and the comparison between the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.After the treatment of two groups of T CM syndrome scores were more than before the treatment,the comparison between the two groups was more significant than the control group(P<0.05).3.T he change index of tongue microcirculation after treatment in two groups was better than that before treatment,and the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.After t reatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared,the effective rate of the two groups was different(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group.It is proved that the effect of oral Yulu granule in the treatment of oral lichen planus after treatment is better than that of the control group of Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules.Conclusion: Oral Yuling granule is effective and safe in the treatment of oral lichen planus.It is worthy of extensive application.
