Clinical Observation On Hysteresis Moving Needle With Cupping Therapy In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: This topic by combining the traditional hysteresis moving needle therapy with cupping therapy,is to observe the improvement of signs,symptoms and function of daily activitiesand both before and after treatment of Lumbar disc herniation.Objective evaluation this therapy clinical curative effect and safety of treatment Lumbar disc herniation,thus providing the safe curative effect and long-lasting acupuncture treatment programs for the disease.Methods: We use a randomized controlled trial of clinical researeh methods.Selecting 68 patients of Lumbar disc herniation as the cases of study,according to the ratio of 1:1 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Each group consisted of 34 patients.The treatment group used hysteresis moving needle therapy combining with cupping treatment,Acupuncture point:Ashi point,Lumbar Jiaji points,huantiao,weizhong.When Needle gas get,use the hysteresis moving needle,do it each 10 minutes.Withdraw the needle after 30 minutes,put cupping on the affected part,pick out the cupping after 10 minutes,once a day.The control group was given Diclofenac Sodium Dual Release Enteric-coated Capsules,oral 75mg/ times,once a day,Mecobalamin Tablets 500ug/ time,3 times a day.The two groups are in two course for 12 days,evaluation of curative effect after two courses of treatment.Respectively before treatment,after 2 courses of treatment,was evaluated based on the JOA Lumbago disorders curative effete evaluation standard and the diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine curative standard,to observe the curative effect of record,and record adverse events in the course of the research.Using statistical software of SPSS 22.O to carry on the statistical analysis of the collected data.Results:1.Before the treatment,the treatment group and control group in the gender,age,course of general and JOA scores comparison there was no significant difference(P>0.05)comparable.2.After treatment,two groups of JOA scores compared with before,the differences are significant(P<0.05),suggesting both therapy with good clinical curative effect.3.After treatment,the treatment group in the JOA scores compared with the control group,there was obviously significant difference(P<0.01),suggesting the treatment group was superior to the control group in comprehensive efficacy.4.After treatment,the treatment group and control group in the JOA scores of Lumbago,leg pain and numbness,walking,ability in daily life,there was significant difference(P<0.01),suggesting the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group in improving lumbago,leg pain and numbness,walking,ability in daily life.Conclusion:1.Two methods of treatment can improve the Pain and function of daily activitiesand in Lumbar disc herniation patiens.2.The hysteresis moving needle therapy combining with cupping therapy is obviously superior to western medicine in the treatment of Pain,improve symptoms and restore function,and is one of the effective methods for treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.
