Correction Of Nasal Deformity Under Open Incision In 10 Cases

Objective To summarize the methods and experience of correcting nasal deformity under open incision.Methods A total of 10 patients with different types of orbital deformity treated at the Department of Orthopedics,First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2016 to January 2018 were subjected to an open incision to treat the deformities such as the osseous nose,nasal septum and nasal subunit.Comprehensive correction.Results The nasal appearance of 10 patients in this group was well corrected,and the nasal ventilation function was also improved.The patients were satisfied.During follow-up of 3 months to 6 months,no complications such as infection,perforation of nasal septum,collapse of nose and recurrence of malformation occurred.Conclusion Insomnia deformity is a deformity with complex morphology and abnormal function.According to the patient's condition,an open incision combined with multiple surgical methods to achieve comprehensive treatment and correction,and good surgical results are obtained,which is worthy of promotion.
