Objective To investigate the clinical effects of secondary revision surgeryof nasal septum with reformed incision under nasal endoscope.Method Thirty-seven patients with failed septolasty were carried outrevision surgery of nasal septum with reformed incision. and retrospectivelyanalyze with36cases with nasal septum deviation of traditional Killiansubmucous resection.Result All cases with secondary revision surgery of nasal septum withreformed incision was successful. after the nasal septal deviation, the symptomswere disappeared or significantly relieved. Following successful revisionsurgery, the treatment outcomes of concomitant nasal and/or sinusal diseasesalso significantly improved. The average surgical time was20.34±4.74min;theaverage blood lost was15.35±3.54ml,in which one side of the nasal septummucosa occurs in patients with mild tear in2cases, the nasal septum mucosa in intact was35cases,2cases curative effect was better,35cases was cured, Therewere statistically significant in the operation time, blood loss, exceptcomplications, and treatment effects compared with the traditionaltechnique(p<0.05).Conclusion The adhesive fibrous tissue in septal mucosa weresuccessively separated in patients with revision surgery of nasal septum withreformed incision under nasal endoscope. Revision surgery of nasal septum withreformed incision was easily and safely, and with fewer complications, thetechnique has several distinct advantages, such as litter hemorrhage, mucousmembrane tension, optimal illumination,it is worthy of clinical application....
