| Objective:Through the analysis and evaluation method of Meta based medicine system,according to the past literature to retrieve the object,to evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of acupuncture treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome,syndrome and provide a basis for clinical acupuncture treatment of chronic fatigue.At the same time,the comprehensive existing design methodologies in randomized controlled trials and syndrome on acupuncture treatment of chronic and related factors to explore the effect of acupuncture treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome,clear clinical value of acupuncture treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome,improve the quality of clinical research,provide a reference for the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome for the future of acupuncture comprehensive design,syndrome randomized controlled trials of summary data evaluation and research.Methods:According to the Cochrane are provided by the system research method,formulate scientific and effective retrieval strategy,to retrieve and all documents incorporated into the standard research,in data extraction,methodology is done in the indicators of quality evaluation and final result of the report and discussion.Retrieval methods and screening methods:using computer,manual and other methods to search electronic databases and journals in journals,dissertations and grey documents,electronic databases were searched Web of Science,Medline via Pubmed,Cochrane Library Embase,Psycinfo,ICTRP,Clinical,Trails China HowNet(CNKI),Chinese the biomedical literature database(CBM),VIP database(VIP),and Wanfang database(WANFANG);manual retrieval journals were "China","Acupuncture Research","Journal of clinical acupuncture" and "Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion";in addition,the science paper online and Open Grey to achieve gray literature or conference papers retrieval.The retrieval time is from the library to December 30,2017.Retrieval of content for a fellow contains "needle","carpal tunnel syndrome" randomized controlled trial,first of all,using EndNote by 8 document manager software in addition to the heavy,secondly,according to the literature,exclusion criteria,by reading the title.Finally,the study of inclusion criteria was selected.Of data extraction and quality evaluation:data extraction and quality assessment,are evaluator by two independent to complete,after cross check,such as judgment,through discussion or a third party has ruled that all the data presented in tables.For the methodological quality evaluation of the included literature research,we use the risk of bias tool.The meta-analysis module of RevMan5.3 software and Stata14.0 software was used for statistical analysis.A review of heterogeneity,we not only use I2 statistic inspection,also χ2 and p value for its inspection;When I2 is less than 50%,the fixed effect model is adopted,and the random effect model is adopted when I2 is greater than 50%.Outcome measures:the main outcome measures included the efficacy evaluation,functional status score scale(FSS)and the overall symptom score(GSS).Secondary outcome indicators including motor conduction velocity(MCV)and sensory conduction velocity(SCV),peripheral motion incubation period(DML),sensory nerve action potential(SNAP),compound muscle action potential(CMAP).Results:Through the computer and manual methods,the journal literatures,dissertations and grey literatures were searched,and 734 papers were obtained.Use EndNote by 8 software after eliminating duplicate with 297 references,to include 437 published papers in the early screening process,according to the literature,exclusion criteria,by reading the title,abstract,197 articles into the second after screening process,access to and read the full text,and finally into with 13 references,including 4 references in English and Chinese with 9 references.A total of 867 patients.1.Acupuncture treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome has certain curative effect and high safety,but lack of large sample and high quality randomized controlled trial.In five needle contrast drug treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome of randomized controlled trials,with index of curative effect evaluation as a result,the clinical curative effect of acupuncture to improve patients(RR 1.215,95%CI1.062 1.215),high heterogeneity,issued a partial is low.In 2 acupuncture compared to conventional therapy to treat carpal tunnel syndrome of randomized controlled trials,with index of curative effect evaluation as a result,the clinical curative effect of acupuncture to improve patients(RR 1.091,95%CI0.978 1.091),heterogeneous medium,published partial is higher.In 2 acupuncture plus compared with pure splint fixation splint fixation is a randomized controlled trial of carpal tunnel syndrome,FSS as the ending index,acupuncture to improve the function of the patients condition(SMD-0.159,95%CI 0.416 0.097),the heterogeneity is low,published partial is higher.2.In all the sample survey data,the overall level is low,the quality of the part of the randomized controlled trial,there is an obvious methodology,holes in the sample estimate,follow-up reports,allocation concealment and random grouping problems may exist.There may be a risk of bias,which greatly reduces the credibility and authenticity of the results.Conclsion:1.The curative effect of acupuncture on carpal tunnel syndrome:the curative effect of acupuncture group on carpal tunnel syndrome is superior to that of drug group.The curative effect of acupuncture group on carpal tunnel syndrome may be better than that of traditional therapy group.The curative effect of acupuncture plus splint group on carpal tunnel syndrome was better than that of splint group.2.Acupuncture has certain safety in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome and has certain advantages in clinical application. |
