Observation On Curative Effect Of Pingmai Dingtao Decoction In Treating Ventricular Premature Beat With Mild Moderate Depression

Purpose: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Pingmaidingji compoundaddition and subtraction therapeutic room premature beat with mild to moderatedepression.Methods:60cases were diagnosed as ventricular premature with mild tomoderate depression patients were randomly divided into treatment group andcontrol group with30cases in each，The treatment group was given Pingmaidingjicompound addition and subtraction，The control group were given metoprolol LorcaNeurostan，9days for a course of treatment, were observed for6courses. Toobserve the curative effect of TCM symptoms，Depression effect，Ventricular premature beat effect,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score, dynamic ECG beats effect (HOLTER) changes。Result：Aspects of clinical symptoms in the treatment group, the totaleffective rate was90%, significantly better than the control group70%(P<0.05)，the difference was statistically significant；Improve depression, thetreatment group, the total effective rate was86.67%in the control group70%(P>0.05), the difference was not statistically significant；Effect ofventricular premature beat, the total effective rate was86.67%, significantlybetter than the control group53.33%(P <0.05)，the difference was statisticallysignificant；The two groups before and after treatment of ventricular prematurebeat,comparison between group and group P <0.05，the difference was statisticallysignificant；The two groups before and after treatment，HAMD Depression scaleChange analysis，in the two groups after treatment group to compare P <0.05，there is statistically significant，is compared between group P>0.05,nostatistically significant。Conclusion：Pingmaidingji compound addition and subtraction can reduceincidence of ventricular premature，improve the patient’s symptoms of depression，safe and effective，can be extended.
