| Objective:This test by observing acupuncture regulate rushed for the clinical efficacy of treatment of infertility due to tubal phlogistic sex,preliminary discussion on its theoretical basis,and analyze the ovary blood flow pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI)and blood sedimentation(ESR)in infertility diagnosis and treatment of meaning.Methods:From February 2015 to May 2016,80 patients were selected according to the standard wards and outpatients of the first and second affiliated hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the number of cases 1: 1(treatment group:control group)to group,Randomly,open control clinical trial design.Treatment group to acupuncture and moxibustion method of acupoints,acupoints are as follows:Qihai(RN6),Guanyuan(RN4),Zhongji(RN3),Yinjiao(RN7),Siman(KI14),Zhongzhu(KI15).Acupuncture operation: choose 1 inch cupuncture needle of Suzhou Tianxie,with75% alcohol cotton ball disinfection,rapidly acupunture,Yinjiao,Qihai,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Siman,Zhongzhu Shi Ping bu Ping vent,when get gas,place Ai on Qihai,Guanyuan.Each section of Ai is an inch.The treatment time is 30 minutes.When the menstrual period is finished,start the treatment,the frequency of treatment is once a day,continuously acupuncture 10 days for a course of treatment.The control group to the conventional method of acupoints,acupoints are as follows: Guanyuan(RN4),Dahe(KI12),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Ciliao(BL32),Zhibian(BL54)(refer to Wang Qicai editor of " Acupuncture treatment therapy " infertility treatment program).Acupuncture operation: choose 1 inch cupuncture needle of Suzhou Tianxie,with 75% alcohol cotton ball disinfection,rapidly acupunture,Guanyuan,Dahe,Sanyinjiao,Ciliao,Zhibian Ping Bu Ping vent.When get gas,place Ai on Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao.Each section of Ai is 1 inch.The treatment time is 30 minutes.When the menstrual period is finished,start the treatment,the frequency of treatment is once a day,continuously acupuncture 10 days for a course of treatment.Two groups of patients should stop other related treatment during the treatment.The total treatment cycle consists of six courses.Stop treatment if pregnant.At the end of the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,symptom score,ESR,ovarian artery pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were analyzed.Result:1.Compare the total curative effect of two groups of patients,the treatment group total effective rate was 82.50%,control group total effective rate was 62.50%,after statistics analysis,P=0.022<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There is a difference of clinical curative effect between two groups,and the clinical curative effect of treatment group is better.2.Compared the score of two groups before and after treatment in 3 courses,6courses,the difference was significant.the difference was statistically significant,all P<0.05.The scores of the patients in the control group were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups were treated before treatment,3 courses,6 courses after treatment between the group P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.This shows that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The PI levels in the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the level in the treatment group was lower than that before and after 3 courses.,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of PI in the control group was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups were in three courses,six courses after treatment than before treatment P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.This suggests that the treatment group is more effective in improving the ovarian artery blood flow.4.The level of RI in the treatment group was lower than that before 3 and 6 courses.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 courses,the level of RI in the control group was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups in the course of treatment,the comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.This shows that both groups can improve the ovarian artery RI,the treatment group is more obvious.5.The comparative analysis of two groups of blood sedimentation,after the two groups in the treatment of three course,after six course of treatment,comparison between groups,group P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.The result shows that the blood sedimentation of two groups does not change significantly before and after treatment.Conclusion:Acupuncture Chong and Ren Meridian of infertility due to tubal inflammatory clinical intervention treatment is effective;Acupuncture and moxibustion on ovary blood flow pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI)have certain improvement effect;The improvement of the ovarian blood flow state has positive role in infertility. |
