Oviduct inflammatory blocking is the most common chronic pelvic disease and resultedfrom chronic salpingitis, oviduct ponding, tubo-ovaritis, cyst of fallopiantube andchronic knot tissue inflammation of pelvic cavity, and also is the main reason of sterility.The chronic salpigitis is resulted from the acute salpigitis that has not been treated intime or thoroughly. The chronic salpingitis is a common and frequently encountereddisease of gynecology, most by the cause of the patients' bad physique, and theprolonging of the illness. Patients often feel extremely suffering by the long process oftreatment with no result. The clinical menifetation is that patients feel repeated acheunder belly, sore ache in the waist and sacrum, feel more seriously after working or aftersex, feel weak or accompanied by low fever. Some of the patients have no obvioussymptom of abdominal pain, they only behave off colour, insomnic, tired, and so on. Itslong time of medication and treatment course, the side-effect and no obvious efficiencyof treatment result in great burden to the patients economically and spiritedly. In ourcountry, in recent years, with the rising rate of sexually transmitted diseases, increasingnumber of manual and medicine abortion, the quickening live rhythm, un-strict asepticgynecology surgery, not cured in time for acute pelvic inflammatory disease etc, therehas a gradually elevating trend of incidence rate of oviduct inflammatory blocking. Fromthe existing articles of modern medicine, treatment methods for oviduct inflammatoryblocking at present are the abdomen surgical oviduct forming technique, the oviductblocking interventional therapy, the oviduct celioscope treatment etc, Although thesemethods are effective and have a pregnancy rate of 22%-58.9%, the treatments aretraumatogenic, with great panic, suspend a long time and expensive. In the methods ofTraditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), the treatment includes oral dosage of TCM,retention enema, external pasting, physical therapy, acupuncture, TCM iontophoresisand intravenous injection of TCM etc, the treatment has a pregnancy rate of 28%-100%,but the effect of treatment differs greatly with the doctor's clinical experience and theaccuracy of his analysis.In this paper, we present our methode of treatment with specially preparedShuTongTang of TCM, accompanied With Oviduct Hydrotubation to cure Salpingitisobstructive infertility. There are 60 cases of obstructive Oviduct infertility patients withrandomly grouping, 40 cases of the treatment group take TCM medicine withHydrotubation; 20 cases of the control group, only treated with Hydrotubation forclinical study. The result shows that there is a total efficiency of 87.5% in treatment group while control group is 65%. There is significant statistical difference betweentwo groups (P＞0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group, indicating thatthe TCM therapy accompanied with Oviduct Hydrotubation is better than simpleOviduct Hydrotubation therapy.
