Objective:The purpose of this study is to treat stroke patients with hemiplegia after stroke by exercise therapy and dynamic electrical stimulation,Whether the patients' balance ability, lower limb motor function, gait and living activity were improved; At the same time,it provides a new choice for the application of dynamic electrical stimulation in the 24-hour ward rehabilitation management.Method:A total of 11 cases of Nanjing Jianning community service center of rehabilitation of stroke patients with left circle gait,Walking training assisted by dynamic electrical stimulation after the treatment of 40 min exercise therapy,Group 15min/,rest between groups 10 min,2 groups / times,1 times /d,5d/ weeks, for 4 weeks.4 weeks after a gait exercise with dynamic electrical stimulation at the same time with exercise therapy training,The Vicon 3D motion capture system is used to collect the kinematic and dynamic data of the patient's gait. And assess the patient's balance, lower limb exercise control and self-care ability.Result: Statistical analysis of patients' kinematics and dynamics data by SPSS22.0 software,The patient's standing balance, lower limb exercise control, gait and ADL were improved. Conclusion through training exercise therapy while wearing dynamic electrical stimulation therapy can improve stroke hemiplegic gait of a circle,It provides a new choice for the application of dynamic electrical stimulation in the 24-hour ward rehabilitation management.
