The Research Of Professor Wang Canhui In Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:Based on more than 60 years clinical practice of Professor Wang Canhui,the experience of Professor Wang on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was combined with modern data mining technology,in order to inherit and develop the clinical experience of famous TCM doctors at the present age.Method:1.professor Wang Canhui's experiences in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is summarized from discussion of pathogenesis,outlines of syndrome differentiation,treatment principle and method.Five effective cases is given to illustrate.2.The medical records of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated by Professor Wang were collected and screened out 72 cases,212 times in accordance with the criteria.The screened medical records were processed normatively and a database was established.By applying frequency analysis and association rules,regularity of using Chinese herbs in the medical records were dug out and the results were analyzed and summarized,combining with the clinical experience of Professor Wang.Results:1.Professor Wang Canhui considers that the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a long illness and qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction.the fundamental methods of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens,regulating vital energy,removing blood stasis and reducing phlegm,the experiential prescription is "Xuanfeiliyanfang" and "Xiaoyanzhikefang".Five cases displayed in this paper has obtained good treatment results.2.There are 40 cases of men with 117 times and 32 cases of women with 95 times in the whole 212 times,and the average age was 63.93 years old.Chinese herbs with the application frequency of more than 50%included Taizishen,Huangqin,Kuandonghua,Jinyinhua,Wuweizi,Zhimu,which were the key drugs in the treatment.Drug combinations with the application frequency of more than 40%included[Wuweizi,Taizishen],[Huangqin,Jinyinhua],[Zhimu,Huangqin],[Aidicha,Kuandonghua],[Baibu,Kuandonghua],The cumulative frequency of the classification of traditional Chinese medicine,including cough and asthma-relieving drugs and heat-clearing and detoxicating drugs,qi-boosting drugs,heat-clearing and damp-drying drugs could reach 80.98%.Conclusion:A long illness-qi deficiency,Phlegm turbid-blood stasis was the pathogenesis of the disease.The pathologic nature is deficient root-excessive superficial,and intermingled deficiency and excess.The main treatment is based on cough and asthma-relieving drugs,heat-clearing and detoxicating drugs,qi-boosting drugs,heat-clearing and damp-drying drugs,blood-activating and Lianfei Sechang drugs,heat-clearing and fire-clearing drugs.During the acute attack stage period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the primary task is clearing away lung heat and eliminating pathogenic factors,mainly consisted of exogenous pathogenic factors,Phlegm,retained fluid,blood stasis.With the treatment methods of eliminating pathogenic factors,opening the inhibited lung-energy,regulating vital energy,reducing phlegm,activating blood circulation to dissipate stasis.During recovery periods,the treatment method is tonifying heart,Lung,spleen,kidney and reducing phlegm,activating blood stasis simultaneously.Who is intermingled deficiency and excess,needs focus on both anti-pathogenic factors and pathogenic factors.Professor Wang Canhui's clinical experiences in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease provide an integrated therapy ideas,accurate diagnostic points,methods of using prescriptions and drugs reasonably.It provides important guidance to treatment,which is worth learning...
