Objective:To investigate the current treatment of patients with OSAHS and the causes of patients do not choose treatment.Methods:The Research visited928patients that line sleep apnea monitoring in the Qilu Hospital of Shandong University during the period from January2009to December2011. The Research porsche577patients.The losting351patients were ascribed contact change.The577patients Include41patients of simple snoring and536patients with osahs.The patients with OSAHS were assigned to the treatment group and the untreated group. The Treatment group were assigned to the surgical treatment group and the continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) treatment group. The surgical treatment group ilncluded efficacy stable group and illness rebound group.The difference between efficacy stable group and illness rebound group in age, medical history, body mass index (BM), respiratory disturbance index (AHI), lowest oxygen saturation (LSO2) were analysised. The Untreated group included without Surgical treatment group and without CPAP treatment group. Discovered the superiority by Observed Stick with CPAP group proportion of ventilator occupancy and the efficacy of stick with CPAP group of the ventilator and the surgery group.
