Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Pricking Bolld Ther Apy In Treatment Of Back Myofascitis

Objective: Through the observation of the clinical curative effect of pricking bloodletting plus moxibustion therapy for back muscle fasciitis, then compared with pure moxibustion and bloodletting. Objectiving to evaluate the clinical safety and effectiveness of this method. Providing an effective means of treatment for this disease,and a reference for the treatment of this disease in the future.Methods: To make the 90 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups, each group contained 30 cases. Divided 90 patients into treatment group(moxibustion combined with pricking blood therapy), the control group?(simple bloodletting method),the control group?(simple moxibustion method). All patients underwent VAS and functional disability index scores before receiving treatment. Each treatment time was 40 min, once a day, five times for a course of treatment, two days rest period. After three courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy, visual analogue score and functional disability index score of the three groups were evaluated and analyzed.Results: 1. The clinical effects were compared between the three groups after treatment.The clinical effective rate was 80% in the treatment group, the control group?(simple bloodletting method) the effective rate was 60%, the control group?(simple moxibustion method) was 50%. The clinical efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the two control group(P<0.05). The clinical effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group. The effective rate of control group?was 86.67%and the effective rate of control group?was 90%. Its clinical effect was significantly better than the two control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2. Comparison of VAS score and ODI index before treatment in three groups:There was no significant difference between the three groups before treatment(P >0.05).3. Comparison of VAS score and ODI index between three groups before and after treatment: There was significant difference between the three groups before and after treatment of the data(P<0.01). Three treatment methods can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of myofascitis.4. Comparison of VAS score and ODI index between the three groups after treatment: The treatment group compared with the control group?, the treatment group VAS score and ODI index were significantly better than the control group?, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment group compared with the control group?, the treatment group VAS score and ODI index were significantly better than the control group?, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion : 1. Bloodletting and moxibustion clinical curative effect is obviously superior to the single treatment method.2. Pricking blood therapy combined with moxibustion treatment of back myofascitis have synergistic effect, it can obviously promote the myofascitis VAS score and ODI index decreased. It shows that with the moxibustion bloodletting can obviously improve the degree of pain and dysfunction of patients. Improve patient work, study,life quality.
