Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Treating Clinical Stage Diabetic Kidney Disease With Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction on TCM symptom integral and laboratory index of diabetic kidney disease in clinical stage,to explore the feasible theory and method for the effective treatment of clinical stage diabetic kidney disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 60 patients in clinical stage of type 2 diabetic kidney disease were selected from March 2016 to March 2017 in the nephropathy Department or renal medicine of wenzhou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The patient were randomly divided into observation group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.The control to the conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment to “Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction” and subtract 2 times a day.Two groups of a course of 12 weeks.We collected the main efficacy indicators,like 24 hours urinary protein quantitative,glomerular filtration rate and serum creatinine,Hemoglobin Alc,fasting blood glucose,fibrinogen,D-dimer,C-reactive protein,TCM syndrome integral.At the same time,we collected safety indicators.then,we retrospectively studied the clinical dada of these cases and carried on statistics processing to the dada.Finally,we summarized the curative effect characteristics of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction according to the statistical results,and discussed the mechanism of the treatment on the basis of the clinical experience and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,which was accumulated by my supervisor for many years.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 73.3%,surpassing the control group by 60%(P<0.05).the observation group of FPG and Hb A1c%,24 hours urinary protein quantitative,glomerular filtration rate,fibrinogen,D-dimer,C-reactive protein,triglycerides,Total cholestero,scores of traditional Chinese medicine,(P<0.05),and the control group had significant differences,(P<0.05).In this trial,there was no significant change in the safety index before and after the treatment, suggesting Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease.Conclusion Clinical stage diabetic kidney disease patients on the basis of western medicine control of blood sugar,blood lipid,blood pressure,the Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction can effectively relieve the clinical sympotoms of patients,control the level of proteinuria and protect the renal function,long-term treatment can delay the progress of the diease,and it has good security,which is worthy of further study.
