Background: Migraine is a common neurovascular disease in daily life.Headaches are mostly confined to one side, and it is characterized by paroxysmal and moderate-beating headaches. In some patients, the location of each episode of headache is different, and headaches generally last 4 to 72 hours, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, photophobia, exercise and cognitive disorders, etc.,daily activities can make headache worse, quiet environment, rest can reduce headache. The disease occurs in young and middle-aged people. In recent years, the incidence has gradually increased, and the burden on individuals, families, and even the society is enormous. The specific mechanism of migraine headache is still controversial. In recent years, the trigeminovascular theory has received extensive attention. The theory is that aseptic inflammation causes migraines. After activation of the trigeminal system, the release of neuropeptides such as calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and substance P is increased.Aseptic inflammation.Studies have shown that interleukin(IL-1),Tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)and other inflammatory factors are all related to migraine.Fetuin A is a glycoprotein synthesized and secreted by liver cells.Due to its structural similarity with other proteins,it has a wide range of biological functions. It participates in inflammation, infection, regulates body calcification, inhibits tumor growth and other pathophysiological processes. In the process of inflammation, fetuin A can fight the inflammatory reaction, and inflammatory cells in the body can also inhibit the synthesis and secretion of fetuin A.For example,IL-1,IL-6,TNF-? can inhibit fetuin.Transcription of A m RNA.The occurrence of migraine is closely related to the inflammatory factors. This study investigated the relationship between the level of fetuin A in migraine patients and migraine and provided a new effective way for the diagnosis and treatment of migraine. Methods: The migraine patients who were outpatient and hospitalized in People's Hospital of Liaoning Province from October 2016 to November 2017 were collected.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,98 cases of migraine patients were selected as the case group, according to whether migraine headaches were divided into migraine attack group and migraine attack group during the attack period;Aura migraine group and no migraine headache group;according to the degree of headache and VAS scores are divided into mild headache(VAS score 0 to 3 points),moderate headache(VAS score 4 to 7 points),severe headache(VAS score 8 to 10 points)Three groups. In the control group,30 healthy and unrelated individuals were selected for age, gender, occupation, and occupational migraine group, including 11 males and 19 females.Fasting blood was collected from the veins and the content of fetuin A in the serum was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The experimental data were analyzed using the statistical analysis software SPSS 24.0.The median and quartile of measurement data were analyzed. The spacing is described and two independent sample non-parametric tests Kolmogono-Smirnov Z test are used to compare the data.Results:1.The level of fetuin A in the serum of migraine attack group was significantly lower than that of serum fetuin A in healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.There was no significant difference in serum fetuin A levels between the migraine group with aura migraine and those without aura(P>0.05).3.Fetuin A levels in the serum of the migraine group were not related to the degree of headache(P>0.05).4.The level of serum fetuin A in the migraine group was significantly lower than that in the migraine group(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The decrease of fetuin A levels during the attack of migraine suggests that fetuin A may play an important role in the pathogenesis of migraine.2.The level of fetuin A in the serum was not significantly related to the occurrence of migraine precursors and the degree of headache during the episode.
