| [objective]The purpose of this research is based on the dehealthy adults conjunctival sac of Hunan region,obtain the pth of approximate scope of conjunctival sac depth,and analyzes it' s correlation with the eye,gender,age,height,palpebral fissure length.[methods]200 cases(400 eyes)were randomly selected from hunan province,which was more than 18 years old and above,and a new type of depth measurement instrument(patent no.:ZL 2015 2 0265873.5;The patentee:Peng Changfu),measured under the eyes of the central and upper eyelid tof the dome conjunctiva depth,collect all the client' s name,gender,age,height,palpebral fissure length and other relevant information,using SPSS21.0 statistical software for correlation analysis.according to the gender is divided into "male" and "female" two groups,according to age is divided into "youth","middle age","the early stage of the elderly" and "elderly" four groups,according to the height is divided into "dwarf","shorter","high" and "high" four groups,according to the palpebral fissure length is divided into "narrow","narrow","long" and "long" four groups,all selected objects are using new conjunctival sac depth measuring instrument(patent no.:ZL 2015 20265873.5;Patentee:peng changfu measures the depth of the conjunctival sac in the center of the upper eyelid and lower eyelid of the eyes,and compares the differences between different eyes,gender,age,height and palpebral fissure length.[results](1)The mean depths of the superior nasal was 10.32mm,95%confidence interval 10.17-10.46 mm,male average was 10.31mm,95%confidence interval 10.13-10.48 mm,female average was 10.33mm,95%confidence interval 10.09-10.56 mm;The mean depths of the superior central was 14.36 mm,95%confidence interval 14.19-14.52 mm,male average was 14.70 mm,95%confidence interval 14.47-14.93 mm,female average was 14.01 mm,95%confidence interval 13.78-14.24 mm;The mean depths of the superior temporal was 9.67mm,95%confidence interval 9.50-9.84 mm,male average 9.54mm,95%confidence interval 9.35-9.73 mm,female average 9.81mm 95%confidence interval 9.53-10.08 mm;The mean depths of the inferior nasal was 8.99mm,95%confidence interval 8.86-9.12mm,male average 9.04mm 95%confidence interval 8.90-9.18 mm,female average 8.94mm,95%confidence interval 8.73-9.15mm:The mean depths of the inferior central was 9.85 mm,95%confidence interval 9.70-10.00 mm,male average 9.94 mm,95%confidence interval 9.73-10.14 mm,femaale average 9.77 mm,95%confidence interval 9.56-9.98 mm.The mean depths of the inferior temporal was 8.76mm 95%confidence interval 8.60-8.92 mm,male average 8.89mm 95%confidence interval 8.86-9.10 mm,and female average 8.63mm,95%confidence interval 8.38-8.88 mm.(2)the depth of the conjunctival sac in the central part of the lower eyelid was significantly different in different eyes,and the left eye was larger than the right eye,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the depth of the conjunctival sac between the center of the upper eyelid and the female lower eyelid(P BBB 0.05).In the right eye upper eyelid,the male value of the central conjunctival sac was larger than that of the female,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).In the left eye,the central conjunctiva of the central conjunctival sac showed that the male value was greater than that of the female,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the two groups(P BBB 0.05).Upper eyelid mm,male average was 14.70 mm,female average was 14.01 mm;The mean depths of the superior temporal was 9.67mm,male average was 9.54mm,female average was 9.81mm;The mean depths of the inferior nasal was 8.99mm,male average was 9.04mm,female average was 8.94mm;The mean depths of the inferior central was 9.85 mm,male average was 9.94 mm,female average was 9.77 mm.The mean depths of the inferior temporal was 8.76mm,male average was 8.89mm,and female average was 8.63mm.(2)different eyes,sex,age,height and length of eyelid fissure affect the depth of conjunctival sac.(3)the depth of central conjunctival sac of upper eyelid was positively correlated with height in male and female,and the regression equation was Y,=0.076X,+1.808,Y2=0.065X2+3.852.The depth of central conjunctival sac of
