Objective:This study was undertaken to show the blood fat levels of normal subjects living in Hunan province. Its correlative factors such as age, sex, area, BMI index were analyzed also. A theoretical reference was provided for the prevention and treatment of correlated disease with abnormal lipid metabolism.Methods:Randomly people in 1 city and 2 counties, Hunan province were investigated by stratified sampling. Every indexes of blood fat levels in healthy people were analyzed. All samples were divided into 4 groups in accordance with the new standard of human age of World Health Organization. Group one was from age 8 to 14, group two was from 15 to 44, group three was from 45 to 59 and group four was from 60 to 80. Measurement datum were represented with mean±standard deviation; numeration datum were represented with percentage(%). The statistical analyses were conducted with statistical analysis software: SPSS 15.0. Two groups means were compared with t-test. Multiple groups means were compared with single factor analysis of variance. Percentage numeration datum were compared with chi-square test(a=0.05, P<0.05 was statistically significant).Result:4543 samples was investigated,37% in total.2398 samples were male, and 2145 samples were female.(1)Means of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG were 4.36±0.68mmol/L, 2.94±0.71mmol/L,1.32±0.32mmol/Land 1.03±0.41mmol/L.(2)Means of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG in different age and sexA. The means of TC in each group were 4.15±0.34mmol/L, 4.29±0.56mmol/L,4.42±0.37mmol/L and 4.57±0.70mmol/L. The means of male was higher than female in age 8 to 59; female was higher than male in 60 to 80. The means of TC increased with age. From age 8 to 59, the mean of male was higher than female, but it was contrary after 60.B. The means of LDL-C in each group were 2.58±0.76mmol/L, 2.89±0.64mmol/L,3.06±0.53mmol/L and 3.27±0.81mmol/L. The means of LDL-C increased with age. There was no statistic difference between male and female. C. The means of HDL-C in each group were 1.13±0.19mmol/L, 1.29±0.24mmol/L,1.48±0.17mmol/L and 1.35±0.22mmol/L. Female were higher than male in every group. The means of HDL-C increased with age before 60, and it decreased after 60. And the mean of female was higher than male in each group.D. The means of TG in each group were 0.84±0.21mmol/L, 0.97±0.42mmol/L,1.10±0.37mmol/L and 1.18±0.32mmol/L. Male were higher than female in age 8 to 14 and 60 to 80. Female were higher in other age groups.The means of TG increased with age. The mean of female was higher than male in age 15 to 59, and it was contrary in other ages.(3)Means of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG in different area2176 samples were city dweller, the means of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG were 4.40±0.39mmol/L,2.99±0.62mmol/L,1.28±0.27mmol/L, 1.05±0.35mmol/L; 2376 samples were country people, the means of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG were 4.33±0.72mmol/L, LDL-C 2.89±0.43mmol /L, HDL-C 1.36±0.42mmol/L, TG 1.01±0.51mmol/L. The means of TC,LDL-C,TG of city were higher than country; the mean of HDL-C of country was higher than city.(4)The sickness rate of abnormal blood fatThe total sickness rate was 25.6%. The rate of obesity group was significantly higher than the others; the rate of overload group was significantly higher than normal group. The rate of sickness increased with BMI index.Conclusion:l.The blood fat levels of normal subjects living in Hunan province were TC 4.36±0.68mmol/L, LDL-C 2.94±0.71mmol/L, HDL-C 1.32±0.32mmol/L, TG 1.03±0.41mmol/L.2.The means of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C increased with age.3.The means of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C in city were 4.40±0.39mmol/L,2.99±0.62mmol/L,1.28±0.27mmol/L and 1.05±0.35mmol/L; in country were 4.33±0.72mmol/L, 2.89±0.43mmol/L,1.36±0.42mmol/L,1.01±0.51mmol/L. The means of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG in city was higher than country; the means of HDL-C in country was higher than city.4.The total sickness rate of abnormal blood fat in Hunan province was 25.6%, increased with BMI index.
