Objective:To Explore the Characteristics of Medication of Professor Zhou Yabin in Treating Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease(Deficiency of Qi and Yin)through the Statistical Analysis of Professor Zhou Yabin's Treatment of this Disease. Methods:The detailed medical records of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Deficiency of Qi and Yin)diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhou Yabin, which were collected from September 2016 to September 2017 in the outpatient department of Professor Zhou Yabin of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine.Using Microsoft Excel to establish a database to analyze the symptoms and the frequency of drugs to obtain high-frequency Chinese medicine, commonly used drugs' siqiwuwei and belonged to which meridians.Using SPSS Statistics24.0 to cluster algorithm analysis to obtain common drug pairs and drug combinations. To explore the characteristics of clinical medication of Professor Zhou Yabin in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Deficiency of Qi and Yin)through statistical analysis results. Results:To analyze the prescriptions on the treatment of coronary heart disease(Deficiency of Qi and Yin),there were 92 prescriptions screening out, involving 134 Chinese herbs. There were 29 drugs using with frequency =20 times. The top 10 drugs were HuangQi(68.66%),Licorice(68.66%),Schisandra(65.67%),Ophiopogon(63.43%),Rehmannia(61.94%),Bellflower(60.45%),Cimicifuga(60.45%),Codonopsis(58.96%),Fu Shen(46.27%),Fu Ling(42.54%).The main symptoms were chest pressure(82.61%),shortness of breath(79.35%),upsets(72.83%),fatigue(65.22%),hot flashes and night sweats(54.35%),palpitation(50.00%),insomnia(42.39%),dry mouth and thirst(40.22%),chest pain(34.78%),hands and feet hot20.65%),etc.The analysis of siqi, wuwei, and related to the meridians showed that the most of the siqi was the cold(38.81%),and then the warm(31.34%),the even(23.13%),the cool(5.97%),and the hot(0.75%).The most of wuwei was sweet drugs(33.83%),followed by bitterness(32.34%),pungent(24.38%),salty(5.47%),and sour drugs(3,98%).The most commonly used drugs were related to liver meridian(20.06%),spleen meridian(14.29%),lung meridian(13.98%),and stomach meridian(13.68%).The common combinations of 9 pairs of common drugs and 4 drugs were obtained by clustering algorithm.Conclusion:1.The common symptoms of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Deficiency of Qi and Yin)were chest pressure, shortness of breath, upsets, fatigue, hot flashes and night sweats, palpitation, insomnia, dry mouth and thirst, chest pain, hands and feet hot.2.Sweet,bitter,pungent;cold,warm,even;liver,meridian,spleen meridian, lung meridian, and stomach meridian are the main drugs of Professor ZhouYabin's treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina Ppectoris(Deficiency of Qi and Yin)medication.3.The core drugs for Professor Zhou Yabin's treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Deficiency of Qi and Yin)wereHuangQi,Licorice,Schisandra,Ophiopogon,Rehmannia,Bellflower,Cimici fuga,Codonopsis,Fu Shen, and Fu Ling.4.The common drug pairs and drug combinations for Professor Zhou Yabin's treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Deficiency of Qi and Yin)were Bellflower and Cimicifuga,Fu Shen and Fu Ling,Salvi and Chuang Xiong,Peach kernel and Safflower,Sanqi powder and Leech powder,Atracty lodes and Yam,Huang Qi,Licorice,Schisandra,Ophiopogon and Rehmannia.5.The basic methods of Professor Zhou Yabin's treanment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Deficiency of Qi and Yin)are supplementing Qi,highlighting spleen, nourishing Yin and Anshen.
