Investigation On The Distribution Characteristics Of TCM Syndromes In Coronary Heart Disease With Anxiety

Objective:The case prospective study was conducted to investigate the distribution pattern of TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease with anxiety in lingnan region,so as to provide guidance for better prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety in lingnan region.Methods:In the heart disease clinics and cardiovascular division of Guangdong hospital of traditional Chinese medicine to screening of a total of 300 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)with anxious state,through the questionnaire to collect age,gender,educational level,body mass index,smoking history,merge disease such as basic data,basic TCM symptoms,and identify patients TCM syndrome types according to the standard(appendix),through clustering analysis conclude TCM syndrome characteristics of coronary heart disease associated with anxiety.Results;Among the syndromes of patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety,they mainly include phlegm turbidity syndrome,qi stagnation and cardiothoracic syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome.Patients with symptoms,"phlegm","heavy body","pulse string slip" "chest stuffy","short of breath","less","moss white greasy","mental depression","pharynx such as infarction","body fat","tired and weak",accounted for the highest proportion;In the basie information of the patients,the proportion of female patients was significantly higher(P<0.05).The main age of onset was 50-69 years old,with relatively low education level,high body mass index,and a history of smoking.The proportion of patients with hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidemia and cerebrovascular diseases was higher.Conclusion:Among the syndromes of patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety,they mainly include phlegm turbidity syndrome,qi stagnation and cardiothoracic syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome.Phlegm turbidity is the main syndrome manifestation of patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety.In patients with symptomatic,"excessive phlegm","heavy body","string and slide pulse","chest tightness,shortness of breath" "eatting less","white and greasy fur","depressed","if there is some thing in pharynx infarction","fat" and "languid" may be the important TCM symptom elements of coronary heart disease with anxiety,prompt phlegm turbidity in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)with anxious state may as the main pathogenesis;The analysis of the basic data of the patients showed that the age of onset was between 50 and 69 years old,and the patients had a low education level.Therefore,education and counseling should be paid attention to.Smoking is a very important inducing factor,and patients should be encouraged to give up smoking.At the same time pay attention to the prevention and treatment of hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidemia,cerebrovascular disease.
