Clinical Observation On Treament Of Paroxysmal Vertigo With Warming Yang Ang Removing Turbidity

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warming yang and removing turbid method in treating paroxysmal vertigo(phlegm turbid middle obstruction type)and to discuss its theoretical basis.Methods:30 cases were selected in accordance with the standard and confirmed as vertigo TIA of vertebrobasilar artery,and Chinese medicine was an outpatient of phlegm turbid paroxysmal vertigo.The patients were treated with the standard outpatient for the main prescription of the turbid vertigo soup,the decoction of 300ml,and the morning and evening warm clothes.The treatment for 4 weeks was 1 treatments,and the vertigo was carried out before and after the 2,4 week after the treatment.Obstacle score,vertebral basilar artery system neurological dysfunction score,TCM syndrome score determination,recording and statistical data.Result:1.Compared with before treatment,the total score of vertigo disorder decreased after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the difference was statistically significant,the somatic,affective and functional score of vertigo disorder score was 2 weeks after treatment.There were significant differences between 4 weeks after treatment and at each time point before treatment.(P<0.01)2.Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the neurological dysfunction score of vertebrobasilar artery decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.01).3.TCM syndromes integral:after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant.P<0.01,the scores of TCM syndromes in 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were compared with those before treatment.The scores were all decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Clinical efficacy:after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks,the total effective rate of TCM Syndrome Evaluation was 76.6%,90%,and two were statistically significant(P<0.01).After 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks,the patient’s vertigo score was improved in varying degrees,the total clinical effective rate was 20%,and the difference between the two was statistically significant,and the difference was statistically significant.The difference was statistically significant.The difference was statistically significant(90.0%.).Learning meaning(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The method of warming yang and removing turbid could improve the score of vertigo and the neurological dysfunction of vertebrobasilar artery system after 4 weeks treatment.2.The method of warming Yang and removing turbid can effectively improve the syndrome of paroxysmal vertigo.3.head,long retaining needle combined with body acupuncture and half needling method is better than functional rehabilitation training in improving gross motor function and muscle tension in children with spastic cerebral palsy.
