Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hypertensive Nephropathy(Turbid-Phlegm Type) With Yiqi Jianpi Qushi Huatan Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi Qushi Huatan Decoction in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy(phlegm turbidity resistance type).Methods: 72 patients with hypertensive nephropathy who met the inclusion criteria were all inpatients and outpatients in the first ward of geriatric Disease Center of Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022.Seventy-two patients with hypertensive nephropathy who were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Yiqi and spleen-dispelling dampness and phlegm prescription on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment.Blood pressure,urinary microalbumin,creatinine,β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and TCM syndromes were closely observed before and after treatment.To evaluate its efficacy and safety comprehensively.Statistical software SPSS27.01 was used to analyze the data.Results:(1)After treatment,TCM syndrome score,urinary microalbumin,creatinine,urinary β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and other test results of the two groups were decreased to varying degrees,and the data after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)TCM syndrome score after treatment: The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.9%,and that of the control group was 81.8%;The results of the treatment group showed that the treatment effect was better than the control group.After independent sample rank sum test,p value=0.010 < 0.05 was obtained,indicating statistical significance.(3)creatinine status after treatment: The results showed that the total effective rate was 84.8% in the treatment group and 84.8% in the control group.Although the total effective rate of the creatinine treatment group was the same as that of the control group,the clinical recovery rate of the creatinine treatment group was better than the control group.Results The rank sum test of independent samples showed that p value =0.005 < 0.05,indicating statistical significance.(4)Urinary microalbumin after treatment: the results showed that the treatment group had a total rate of 78.8%,and the control group had a total effective rate of 63.6%;The results of the treatment group showed that the treatment effect was better than the control group.Results The rank sum test of independent samples showed that p value =0.012 < 0.05,indicating statistical significance.(5)Urinary β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)after treatment:The results showed that the total rate of the treatment group was 75.8%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 69.7%;The results of the treatment group showed that the treatment effect was better than the control group.Results The rank sum test of independent samples showed that p value =0.021 < 0.05,indicating statistical significance.Conclusion: Supplementing Qi and strengthening spleen Qushi and Huatan prescription has a significant effect on the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy(phlegm turbidity and internal obstruction type),and supplementing qi and strengthening spleen Qushi and huatan prescription can improve the clinical signs and laboratory indicators of patients.
