Purpose: By giving the treatment history of the patients who consistent with the diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction were hospitalize in cardiology ward of our hospital and received the treatment of PCI from January 2007 to October 2009 with Da Chai Hu Tang, studying on the clinical effects. It will explore the prospects related to the use of traditional Chinese medicine cure stent restenosis after PCI by curing turbid phlegm.Material and method:The patients who consistent with the diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction were hospitalize in cardiology ward of our hospital and received the treatment of PCI from January 2007 to October 2009 were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group (n = 32 cases) and control group (n = 43 cases), statistically, two groups'sex, age, blood pressure, blood glucose and the number of stents is similar to comparable. Traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with curing turbid phlegm compound-Da Chai Hu Tang(Bupleurum, rhubarb, Huang Qin, peony, Pinellia, citrus aurantium, ginger, jujube), With the adjustment of doses of different clinical signs, plus or minus medication; control group was given Simvastatin care, other treatment were the same as traditional Chinese medicine. Conventional treatments include: Preoperative oral administration of aspirin, 100mg～300mg, clopidogrel tablets 300mg, preoperative heparin 50～100 U / kg and so on. Through collationing and analysising the data of the symptoms of angina, electrocardiogram, blood lipids, hs-CRP changes before and after treatment, Summarize the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine cure stent restenosis after PCI by curing turbid phlegm.Results:1. The prescription of curing turbid phlegm are compare with lipid-lowering drugs like statins can effect upon stabling coronary artery plaque, reduce and prevent the incidence of angina after PCI,reduce the incidence of stent restenosis after PCI, reduce the risk of re-infarction assodated with the falling of unstable plaque.2. The myocardial infarction area is received re-perfusion and blood supply has greatly improved after PCI,both the prescription of curing turbid phlegm with the lipid-lowering drugs like statins can intensive lipid lowering, reduce the incidence of stent restenosis, maintain myocardial re-perfusion.3. Both the prescription of curing turbid phlegm with the lipid-lowering drugs like statins have anti-inflammatory role, through the secretion of anti-inflammatory factors, thereby reducing the large number of smooth muscle cells migrate to the damaged parts of the proliferative response occurred, reducing the in-stent restenosis rate due to the formation of neointima leading to coronary artery Reconstruction of blood vessel wall.4. Both the prescription of curing turbid phlegm with the lipid-lowering drugs like statins can regulate blood lipids, stable plaque, improve endothelial function.Conclusion:1. Tong mai jiang zhuo ke li can decrease the secretion of CRP,regulate blood fat,picricum acidum.2. Tong mai jiang zhuo ke li is safe and reliable. In the observations with no obvious toxicity. Observation of the laboratory parameters before and after normal.
