The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of The Neck And Shoulder Myofascial Syndrome By Row Acupuncture At The Meridian Sinew

Objective:The research takes clinical research and statistical analysis method to investigate the effect of using the row acupuncture at the meridian sinew to treat neck and shoulder myofascial syndrome,in order to afford the valid treatment of the neck and shoulder myofascial syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients of neck and shoulder myofascial syndrome with selection criteria were randomly divided into two groups at the ratio of 1:1,the group of meridian sinew row needling(treatment group,30 cases)and routine acupuncture(control group,30 cases).Six days treatment was taken as a course,2 courses were conducted in total,they take a day off between the course,and were treated one times a day with 40 minutes left needle every time.Total scores observe before and after treatment in patients with the symptoms and signs,Visual Analogous Scale,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment.Results:There were no statistically significiant differences in the cardinal number of the patients(P>0.05),which showed the two groups had comparability.1、There was significant pre-treatment and post treatment difference in the VAS score in the two groups of(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant post-treatment differernce in the VAS score of the two groups after treatment(P<0.01),it showed the treatment group was better than the control group of the relief of pain.2、There was a statistically significant pre-treatment and post-treatment difference in the total score of symptoms and syndromes in the two groups(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the symptoms and syndromes between the two groups(P<0.05),it showed the treatment group was better than the control group of the medicine clinical body signs.3、The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was up to 93.3%,the control group was 83.3%,the difference between the two groups was significant difference(P<0.01).Prove the effect of the meridian sinew row needling is better than the routine acupuncture.Conclusions:1、The meridian sinew row needling and rountine acupuncture are better than the pre-treatment in the VAS scores.2、In terms of pain relief,the meridian sinew row needling is superior to the rountine.3、In the total score of symptoms and syndromes,the meridian sinew row needling is better than the rountine.4、The clinical efficacy of meridian sinew row needling stays ahead of rountine acupuncture.
