Observation On Nursing Effect Of Scraping Combined With Auricular Acupoint Pressure On Dry Eye Patients With Water Deficiency

Objective:Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the operation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique,this paper discusses the clinical nursing effect of scraping,auricular point pressing and scraping combined auricular point pressure on the patients with water-liquid deficiency dry eye on the basis of routine treatment and nursing,and compares the differences among the groups,so as to make a relative objective scientific evaluation,and summarize the best nursing methods and provide powerful reference basis and data support for the formulation and innovation of clinical nursing measures.Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select 120 dry eye patients with water deficiency from March 2017 to February 2018 in an ophthalmological clinic of Grade 3A Hospital in Harbin.According to the principle of random control,the patients were randomly divided into the control group(routine treatment and nursing intervention),the experimental group A(on the basis of the control group)and the experimental group B(on the basis of the control group).The treatment group C(control group)was treated with scraping combined with auricular point pressing.Each of the four groups of 30 patients,strictly in accordance with the established The duration of intervention was 15 days.Before and after the trial,three objective indexes of TCM clinical symptom scale,ocular surface disease index scale(OSDI),tear secretion test(SIT),tear film rupture time(BUT)and corneal fluorescein staining(FL)were selected for evaluation and analysis.The data of this experiment were analyzed and processed by double double input SPSS 17.0 software.The test level was 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Result:1.Before the trial,there were no significant differences in the general data,the total score of TCM clinical symptoms and the scores of OSDI and SITBUTFL between the four groups(P>0.05).The baseline data of each group were comparable.2.There were significant differences in the total scores of clinical symptoms and the scores of OSDI and SIT?BUT?FL between the two groups before and after the test(P<0.05).In the control group,the OSDI score and SIT?BUT score of TCM clinical symptoms were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance before and after FL treatment,and there was no improvement in the scores of TCM clinical symptoms except foreign body sensation and burning sensation before and after treatment.The difference of other symptom scores was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After the experiment,The three objective values of OSDI and SIT?BUT?FL in group C were significantly different from those in the other three groups(P<0.01),and the evaluation indexes of group A and group B(except for foreign body sensation)were significantly different from those of the other three groups(except for foreign body sensation)(P<0.01),and those in group A and group B(except for foreign body sensation)were significantly different from those of the other three groups(P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the results of each evaluation index of group A and group B were similar,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.The total effective rates of the four groups were 56.67 in the control group,80in the test group A,83.33 in the test group B and 96.67 in the test group C.Conclusion:1.On the basis of routine treatment and nursing care of dry eye patients with water deficiency,three different methods of scraping,ear point pressing,scraping combined with ear point pressing were adopted to carry out nursing intervention.Results the four groups achieved certain nursing effect.The nursing effect of each test group was better than that of the control group.2.The nursing effect of the dry eye patients with lack of water solution was similar to that of the patients with dry eye caused by water deficiency by using scraping and auricular acupoint pressing alone.3.the method of scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy is more significant than the simple application of nursing technique to the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine with water deficiency and dry eyes.The quality of life is obviously improved,the increase of tear secretion,the prolongation of tear film rupture time and the decrease of corneal fluorescein staining score are obviously improved,which is the best nursing method.
