Clinical Observation On The Prevention Of Deep Vein Thrombosis After Artificial Hip Arthroplasty By Self-made Chinese Medicine Stretch Socks

Objective:Observe application of self-made Chinese medicine stretch socks prevention of deep vein thrombosis after hip arthroplasty clinical curative effect,reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis of lower limb,improve the method of physical therapy to prevent DVT in clinical application.Methods:This topic observed objects are from "Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital" bone second division,random will in April 2017 to February 2017,60 cases of femoral head necrosis patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The experimental group(Chinese medicine elastic socks combined with low molecular weight heparin)30 cases,control group(the stretch socks combined with low molecular weight heparin)30 cases.The experimental method was as follows:Control group:1.12h before operation and 15d after operation,the subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight of heparin was performed daily,all day long,and the elastic socks were removed before going to bed.Experimental group:low-molecular-weight heparin(method as same as control group)were used before and after operation.At the same time,after the operation began to wear traditional Chinese medicine elastic socks,the traditional Chinese medicine preparation(Taohong Siwu decoction)applied to the Xuehai,the Weizhong,the Zusanli,the Sanyinjiao,the Diji.There are 10 acupoints around.Wear them throughout the day,and take off the traditional Chinese medicine socks before going to bed.Record at the same time two groups of patients with preoperative basic information(age,gender,basic diseases),check and record the main observation indexes(1 day before the operation,3 days,7 days,13 days after surgery two groups of patients' D-dimer,Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time(APTT),Prothrombin Time(PT),double lower limb vascular colour to exceed.)Auxiliary observation indexes(thigh circum-ference and postoperative drainage rate).All patients were performed by the same group of physicians,both of which were combined with lumbar anesthesia,all of which were followed by posterior approach.After observing the postoperative indicators,collecting data and establishing a database,SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the differences between the two groups.Results:(1)in this clinical trial,0 cases were terminated in the control group,30 cases were completed and 0 cases were terminated,and 30 cases were completed.The preoperative data(gender,age,basic disease)of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)There was a statistically significant difference in the circumference of thigh between the two groups 3 and 8 days after surgery(P<0.05).(3)the levels of d-dimer,PT and APTT in the two groups were statistically significant after 3 days,7 days and 13 days after surgery.(P<0.05)(4)there was no statistical significance in total drainage of 48h after surgery.(P>0.05)(5)there was a difference in the outcome of lower limb blood vessels in the two groups after 3 days.(P<0.05)Conclusion:The self-made Chinese medicine elastic socks can improve the hypercoagulability of blood after operation,reduce the blood viscosity and reduce the risk of DVT.At the same time to speed up the absorption of lower extremity edema,make effectively to improve the degree of swelling of lower limb,for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after hip arthroplasty has good practicability,worthy of further promotion.
