| ObjectiveEvaluate the safety of Salivae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose, FraxiParine, Xarelto so that we can have a better choice for preventing deep vein thrombosis after total joint replacement in our hospital.Materials and MethodsThis is a retrospective analysis. Of 61 patients, who underwent total joint replacement,18 received Salivae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose,11received Xarelto, and 15 received FraxiParine. We compared the bleeding parameter among these three groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference among the three groups. Maybe we can say these three cogulants are safe. But according to the small sample size, the difference may not be so significant. Compared the sample mean, we may say the Xarelto is more secure. |
