ObjectiveIn this study,160 cases of agkistrodon bites admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the emergency department in recent 2 years were retrospectively analyzed.Observe the laboratory indicators, local swelling score, hospital days, total cost, with objective data to illustrate the impact of early wound incision on the prognosis of agkistrodon bites.MethodsA retrospective analysis of patients with viper bite in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was conducted. From September2015 to October 2017,a total of 160 patients were selected as the research subjects, and their clinical and laboratory indexes were observed. The selected cases refer to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study.According to the 24 hours after the injury, the non cut incision was taken as the control group(87 cases),and the incision was taken as the observation group(73 cases).Collect and record the patient's sex, age, visiting time, hospitalization days, before treatment and fifth days of White blood cell count, allergic C-reactive protein, creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, myoglobin, lactate dehydrogenase, local swelling degree, applying SPSS19.0 statistical analysis.Results1.The number of hospitalization days in the control group was less than that in the observation group, and the total cost of the control group was less than that of the observation group.2.At the time of admission, there was no significant difference in the degree of swelling between the two groups. At the five day of treatment, the rate of limb swelling and decline in the control group was better than that of the observation group.3.At the time of admission, the indexes of WBC and Hs-CRP in two groupsincreased. There was no significant difference in WBC between the two groups. The indexes of Hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. After five days of treatment, the WBC and Hs-CRP in the observation group decreased or returned to normal, which was slower than that in the control group.4.At the time of admission, two groups of CK,CK-MB,MYO,LDH indexes were increased,in addition to no significant difference between the two groups in MYO,CK,CK-MB,LDH of the observation group examination index was significantly higher than the control group;the five day of treatment, the control group CK,CK-MB,MYO,LDH indexes decreased or normal speed is obviously better than that of observation group.ConclusionsIt is not appropriate to cut the wound in the early stage after the bites of the Agkistrodon.
