Effect Of Agkistrodon Halys Jiedu Decoction Combined With Anti-agkistrodon Acutus Venom Serum On Inflammatory Factors And Curative Effect In Patients With Agkistrodon

Objective : To explore the clinical effect of Agkistrodon halys detoxification decoction combined with anti-Agkistrodon acutus venom serum on patients with Agkist,to analyze whether Agkistrodon halys jiedu decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Agkistrodon halys bite by reducing the cascade reaction of interleukin-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、 interleukin-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α).To provide theoretical basis for clinical application in the treatment of Agkistrodon halys bite.Methods : Agkistrodon halys detoxification decoction was used as the intervention condition.The sera of 100 patients with Agkistrodon halys bite were collected from the Department of Snake poisoning,Affiliated Nanhua Hospital,University of South China from March 2020 to October2020 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to the treatment method,the patients were divided into two groups: Agkistrodon halys detoxification decoction combined with anti-Agkistrodon acutus venom serum group(treatment group)and anti-Agkistrodon halys ven According to the severity of bite injury,the patients were divided into mild,moderate and severe groups.The general data and clinical symptoms of the patients were collected,and the expression values of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in the samples were determined by ELISA method.Results:1.Overall comparison between the treatment group and the control group,The treatment group could significantly reduce the expression levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in patients bitten by Agkistrodon halys,which was better than that in the control group.2.In different degrees of seriousness,.For the patients with mild and moderate poisoning,the treatment group could significantly reduce the expression levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in patients bitten by Agkistrodon halys,which was better than that in the control group.For patients with severe poisoning,the treatment group could significantly reduce the expression level of TNF-α in patients with Agkistrodon halys bite,but there was no significant difference in IL-6 and IL-10.3.Comparison of correlation between IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α and severity.The levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in patients with Agkistrodon halys bite were positively correlated with the severity of the disease.The more serious the poisoning of patients bitten by Agkistrodon halys,the higher the expression levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in the body.4.Comparison of healing and quality of life between the treatment group and the control group after treatment,Compared with the control group(P < 0.05),The treatment group can shorten the length of stay,reduce hospitalization costs,more quickly reduce patients’ limb swelling,reduce patients’ pain,improve limb activity,and improve the quality of life of patients bitten by Agkistrodon halys.Conclusion1.The treatment of Agkistrodon halys jiedu decoction combined with anti-Agkistrodon acutus venom serum to improve the expression of inflammatory factors in patients with Agkistrodon halys bite was better than that of anti-Agkistrodon acutus venom alone,and the expression of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α decreased more significantly2.The curative effect of Agkistrodon halys jiedu decoction combined with anti-Agkistrodon acutus venom serum was better than that of anti-Agkistrodon acutus ven...
