Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Xue Deqing On Surgical Stress Response In The Lower Extremities Department Of Orthopedics

1 ObjectiveBy applying the Zhou Dayong tutor of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical experiment was carried out through the application of the patients in the related department of orthopedics.The changes of stress response in the patients transferred to ICU monitoring in the lower extremities Department of orthopedics after operation were observed.Study its effect on postoperative rehabilitation,We observed various factors such as cytokines,inflammatory factors and prognosis of patients before and after treatment,and discussed the intervention effect of Xue Du Qing on postoperative stress response.2 MethodsFrom 2016 07 to 2018 01,60 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine were transferred to the comprehensive ICU monitoring after operation.The random number generated divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given conventional antibiotics,immediately after the stomach protecting drugs,nutrition support drugs,postoperative care and psychological counseling and other comprehensive treatment measures,foundation treatment group in the control group on the use of Xue Du Qing,daily 100 ml.2 times a day,5 days a course of treatment.All the use of Chinese medicine both from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui College of traditional Chinese medicine decocting room fried into an agent bag,each bag is 100 ml.5 days were compared between the two groups before treatment,after 1 days,3 days after surgery,postoperative interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-alpha),C reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil count(NEUT),TCM syndrome score the evaluation of clinical efficacy and etc.3 ResultsThe levels of WBC,NEUT,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-in the two groups were increased on the first day after operation.(1)third days and fifth days after operation,WBCdecreased compared with that of first days(P<0.05).The WBC in third days and fifth days after operation in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).(2)third days and fifth days after operation,NUET decreased compared with that of first days(P<0.05).The NUET in third days and fifth days after operation in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).(3)in two groups,third days and fifth days after operation,there was a decrease in CRP compared with first days(P<0.05).The level of CRP in the treatment group decreased more significantly on third days after operation(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the CRP level of two groups in fifth days after operation.(4)in two groups,third days and fifth days after operation compared with that of first days,the interleukin-6 decreased(P<0.05).The interleukin-6 in the treatment group improved significantly on third days and fifth days after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)in two groups,third days and fifth days after operation decreased compared with that of first days(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased more significantly in third days and fifth days after operation(P<0.05).(6)in two groups,third days and fifth days after operation decreased the TCM syndrome score compared with that of first days(P<0.05),and the score of the treatment group decreased at fifth days after operation(P<0.05).4 ConclusionXue Du Qing plays a positive role in regulating the levels of WBC,NEUT,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-alpha in patients undergoing lower limb surgery in Department of orthopedics.It can promote the repair of inflammatory reaction,relieve the body trauma caused by operation of the Department of orthopedics,reduce the stress reaction and improve the immune function of the patients.Blood poison cleanergy reduce the scores of TCM syndrome patients,the clinical behavior and improve the prognosis of patients has played a certain role.
