Study On Pre Pregnancy Prevention And Treatment Of Recurrent Abortion Based On Data Mining Of Xu's Gynecology

Objective:The research of data mining in this study through the inheritance platform of traditional Chinese Medicine,a retrospective analysis of the laws of Professor Liang Wenzhen and Professor Li Weili in the treatment of recurrent abortion.In order to summarize Xu's gynecological diagnosis and treatment rules for RSA patients,we should inherit and carry out Xu's gynecological academic thoughts,so as to further guide the prescriptions of TCM gynecologists.Methods:This study focuses on the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform system,the retrospective study of clinical medical records of Professor Liang Wenzhen and Professor Li Weili from January 2016 to December 2017 gynecological out-patient treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion,extract the symptoms,the four diagnostic summary and analysis.Results:In this study,a total of 100 cases were collected and 255 prescriptions were collected.The results were as follows:1.The basic information of the medical records included: 75%,66%.Sallow complexion,breast swelling,fatigue,menstrual cramps,dizziness,sweating,pale lip,brash,fatigue,abdominal pain,irritability,irritability,insomnia,the color dark as the main symptoms common.3.The distribution characteristics of syndromes were mainly kidney deficiency,a nd the two asthenia syndrome of spleen and kidney was the most,accounting for 35%.The rest were kidney qi deficiency syndrome(19%),kidney essence deficiency syndrome(16%),kidney deficiency and stasis syndrome(15%),Qi and blood two deficiency syndrome(9%)and blood stasis syndrome(6%).4.Analysis of prescriptions for clinical use of drugs:4.1 Analysis of prescription and Chinese medicine frequency: 255 diagnosis of the prescriptions in self experience side effect of Yangjing Decoction use times pilosula(3.75%),students(3.63%),Salvia miltiorrhiza(3.36%),Salvia miltiorrhiza yam(3.14%)more than 100 times the frequency,are commonly used drugs appear frequently.Mainly for strengthening the spleen and kidney and blood stasis.4.2 Drug classification analysis: In this study,Chinese medicine are classified into 17 categories,tonic medicine,blood stasis,Qi medicine,antipyretic,dampness and phlegm medicine,medicine,astringent drug,hemostatic,antirheumatic,sedative drug use frequency is 10.The tonic medicine most,a total of 234.In the present time.4.3 Five,four drug flavor and meridian analysis: More flat,cold temperature,drug use,the cumulative frequency of 96.09%.Less use of cold and heat drugs,the total frequency was 3.91%.The frequency of use of Gump,bitter and symplectic drugs is high,the cumulative frequency is 92.63%.The use of acid and salty drugs is relatively less,the total frequency is 7.37%.Belong to liver and spleen kidney drugs are mostly the cumulative frequency of 62.01%,to the large intestine,small intestine,bladder,the less,the total frequency was 2.78%.4.4 Based on the commonly used drug association rules analysis of the study included 255 prescriptions,the support is set to 40%(which appears more than 102times),confidence was 90,by statistical analysis concluded that: Drug combinations used: dodder,medlar;Angelica,Atractylodes angelica,dangshen;Angelica;and students;dodder,medlar,angelica,Codonopsis,Atractylodes;Angelica;Angelica,Atractylodes,dodder;medlar,Atractylodes,dodder etc..4.5 Analysis of symptoms and drug miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort,licorice root,dangshen,angelica,Lycium chinense,Atractylodes macrocephala,tangerine peel,Ligustrum lucidum,shrub seed,raw land,Ophiopogon japonicus,Cuscuta chinensis,and yam.The core prescription is mainly composed of invigorating the spleen and invigorating the kidney and activating blood and removing blood stasis medicine.Conclusion:Based on the collation and analysis of Xu's gynecologic treatment of recurrent abortion,we concluded that its treatment of recurrent abortion has its own rule and experience in many aspects,such as syndrome differentiation,legislation and prescriptions.Xu Shilin syndrome often with kidney and spleen for the legislative basis.From the result analysis of data mining,we can see that in the process of treating the disease,from syndrome differentiation,prescription to medication,all are mainly based on tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen,while paying attention to promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,not for get to tune up emotion,and combine disease with syndrome.
