Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Vascular Cognitive Impairment By Acupuncture Points Of The Du Meridian Group

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment on patients with vascular cognitive impairment.The changes of serum Hgb and Ngb were observed,and its correlation with efficacy was analyzed.Through the test results of serum index,we analyzed the clinical basis of acupuncture points in the treatment of vascular cognitive disorders.Methods:Collect the 50 patients of the outpatient and ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The random number method was used to divide into two groups,each group of 25 people.The treatment group was given acupuncture points(Shenting DU24,Baihui DU20,Fengfu DU16,Dazhui DU14),combined with syndrome differentiation and acupoint therapy,and the acupuncture was 6 per week.Once a day for 3 months.The drug group was treated with donepezil in the drug group,which was administered at least once a day,3 months.All of the patients were extracted with venous blood 3ml before and after the treatment in the morning.The method of cyanide high iron blood red protein,The rhngb-elisa detection kit was prepared by double antibody sandwich ELISA.SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis of data in this study.Results: 1.The general conditions(gender,age,cultural level,degree of cognitive impairment,and course of disease)of the two groups before treatment were statistically analyzed,with no statistical significance and comparability.2.After treatment,the scores of MMSE,MOCA,HIS were significantly better than those before treatment(p<0.05).It indicates that the cognitive function of the patient is improved;After treatment,the scale score was better than before treatment(p<0.05),indicating that the cognitive function of the patients was better than before.Two groups of independent samples t test p<0.05,indicating that the cognitive function improvement of acupuncture group was more obvious.3.Serum samples were detected in both groups,and there were abnormal levels of hemoglobin in patients with cognitive impairment.After acupuncture treatment,the abnormal hemoglobin was restored to a different degree,and t test p<0.05 was found to be statistically significant after treatment.It is suggested that acupuncture may be an abnormal condition for correcting hemoglobin and improving the state of ischemia and hypoxia.4.Patients serum samples of Ngb,after treatment with acupuncture,and paired t test before treatment,p < 0.05,there is statistical significance,shows that acupuncture can increase Ngb expression in patients with cognitive impairment in the serum.Cerebral infarction after ischemia anoxia brain energy metabolism is abnormal,triggered a series of irreversible damage in neurons,by can come to the conclusion on Hgb and Ngb in the brain of the brain blood supply a nd oxygen supply and protect neurons from ischemic damage plays an important role.Conclusions: 1.This study adopts two methods of treatment of VCI patients all have good therapeutic effect,but the curative effect of acupuncture du meridian acupoints group is better than more donepezil group.2.According to the detection results of hemoglobin and Ngb,it can be inferred that the abnormal low of hemoglobin and Ngb can lead to the occurrence of vascular cognitive dysfunction in ischemic disease.3.Acupuncture treatment of vascular cognitive dysfunction can adjust and control the production of hemoglobin,Ngb expression,so as to improve the hypoxic necrosis of the brain,achieve the goal of improve cognitive function.
