The Clinical Investigation Of Premature Beats Patients With Anxiety And Depression And The Clinical Observation Of Yixin Decoction

Objective:1.To investigate the incidence of anxiety and depression in premature beats patients;2.To observe the therapeutic effect of Yixin decoction on ventricular premature beat combined with anxiety.Method:This study is divided into two parts:1.The first part of the incidence of investigation: The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)as well as Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were scored in 406 premature beats patients who were diagnosed.The relationship between premature beats and anxiety and depression was analyzed and the influencing factors were analyzed.2.The second part of clinical observation: 60 patients with ventricular premature beat and anxiety and TCM dialectical liver depression and spleen deficiency and blood stasis patients were randomly divided into 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 in the control group,and the control group was treated with metoprolol,the treatment group in the control group based on the treatment of Yixin decoction,day one,two times a warm morning and evening.Two groups of treatment are around,The changes of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram,TCM syndrome score,and anxiety self-rating scale were analyzed before and after treatment.Result: Clinical investigation: 1.406 cases of outpatient or inpatient proiosystole patients diagnosed with anxiety and / or depressive state of patients with a total of 180cases(44.33%),including 142 cases of simple anxiety patients(34.98%);27 cases of patients with simple depression(6.65%);11 cases of anxiety and depressive state of patients(2.7%).2.406 cases of premature patient survey data show: both anxiety or depression scores points,female,age more than 60 years,the duration of more than 5years,with hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,patients with higher score with dyslipidemia,prone to anxiety and depression.The score of anxiety: according to the classification of atrial premature beats,ventricular early anxiety score higher than the pure and simple atrial premature ventricular premature patients(P<0.01),but the only real early and early ventricular patients had no statistical difference(P>0.05);frequent anxiety score higher than sporadic patients with premature beats(P<0.01);culture without influence for patients with anxiety score(P>0.05).Depression scores:according to the classification of atrial premature beats,ventricular early depression score higher than the pure and simple atrial premature ventricular premature patients(P<0.01),but the only real early and early ventricular patients had no statistical difference(P>0.05);frequent or sporadic beats and culture without influence on patients with depression score(P>0.05).Clinical observation: 1.Two groups of patients with ventricular premature beat effect comparison: the intervention group showed 14 people,effective 11 people,invalid 5people,and the effective rate was 83.33%;the control group showed 10 people,effective14 people,invalid 6 people,and the effective rate was 80%.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The total number of ventricular premature beats in the two groups was significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.01),and there do not have significant difference between the groups after the treatment(P>0.05).Two comparison of 3.Groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine curative effect,the treatment group cured 5 people,17 markedly effective,6 effective,2ineffective;the control group was 1,7 showed,13 effective,9 ineffective;the effective rate of treatment group 93.33%,control group 70%,treatment group than the control group(P<0.01);two groups of TCM syndrome score were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),the treatment group had better effect than the control group(P<0.01).The treatment group of TCM symptom improvement was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.The integral values of the two groups of SAS scales were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the treatment group had better effect than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Clinical investigation: 1.The incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with pre-stage contraction is higher.2.Women,age more than 60 years,the duration of more than 5 years,with hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,dyslipidemia,combined with ventricular premature atrial early and frequent prematurebeats with anxiety prone to anxiety score higher;female,age more than 60 years,the duration of more than 5 years,with hypertension,with early patients with depression of ventricular premature coronary heart disease,diabetes,high integral with dyslipidemia,housing,prone to depression;cultural level had no effect on anxiety and depression.Clinical observation: 1.The combination of Yixin Decoction and metoprolol for the treatment of ventricular premature beat can reach 83.33% of the total effective rate,effective and feasible.2.Yixin Decoction can obviously reduce the score of TCM syndrome in the patients with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which is better than that of the control group.It has a great advantage in improving the patient's chest flank pain,emotional depression,irritability,and tongue image.It shows that Yixin soup can improve the symptoms of the patients significantly.3.Yixin Decoction can significantly reduce the anxiety score of patients with premature ventricular distress and anxiety,and has no adverse effects and side effects.
