| Objective:To view and detect the clinical efficacy and therapeutic value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external application on the residual pain on the blackside after the percutaneous kyphoplasty.we compare the curative efficacy of the experimental group and the observation group.To point up the therapeutic value of the residual pain on the blackside after the percutaneous kyphoplasty.Methods:we chose the first affiliated hospital of anhui traditional Chinese medicine university second bone section,we have treated 250 patients with osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture During March 2016 to March 2017 in.Under local anesthesia line successfully with percutaneous kyphoplasty.A total of 62 patients with lumbar and back residual pain were chonen.we separete two groupes,one is Chinese medicine external application group,and the other is hot water goup,The treatment of two groupes last for 1 month.The follow-up survey time was not less than 3 months,record the VAS score and Oswestry functional in dex of two groups and evaluate the clinical effect.Results:(1)By comparison,basic information such as the age range of male and female sex ratio and the distribution of injured vertebral segment of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the difference was not significant between the two groups.(2)Comparison of VAS scores(X1S):before therapy,VAS score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external application group was equal to 9.16±0.746,and the hot water group was 8.90±1.241,P>0.05,no significant difference,and comparable.After the treatment of 1 weekend,the VAS score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external application group was 5.10±0.758,and the hot water group was 7.10±1.093,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).after the treatment of 2 weekends,the VAS score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external application group was 2.70±0.651,and the hot water group was 4.26±0.944,the difference was statistically significant(<0.05).after the end of 1 mouth,the VAS score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external application group was 1.30±0.466,and the hot water group was 3.40±0.770,with significant difference P<0.05.The two groups before treatment and treatment 1 weekend,treatment 2 weekends,treatment 1 mouth,VAS scores line paired sample test respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)?revealed that after therapy,two kinds of therapy for lower backside pain have sanative effect,traditi onal Chinese medicine(TCM)external application group curative effect is superior to hot water group.(3)Comparison of ODI functional index(X±S):before therapy,the ODI score of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external application group was 38.43±2.329,while the control group was 38.40±2.061,with no significant difference(P>0.05).after the treatment of 1 weekends,the ODI score of the raditional Chi nese medicine(TCM)external application group was 28.9312.74 and the control group was34.33±2.022,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).after the treatment of 2 weekends,the ODI score of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external application group was 22.76±2.329 and the control group was 27.30±2.692,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after the treatment o f 1 mouth,the ODI score of the treatment group was 15.16±1.577 and the contr of group was 22.20±3.977,with significant difference(P<0.05).The ODI scores of the two groups before treatment,cure 1 weekend,cure 2 weekends,and cure 1 mouth were examined,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The functional activity of the two groups was improved significantly,and the functional activity of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external application group was better than that of the control group.(4)Overall design treatment results:Treatment group cure rate was60%,the recovery rate was 33.33%,inefficient rate was 6.66%;Hot water group cure rate was 26.88%,the recovery rate was 56.66%,inefficient rate was 16.66%.the tradi tional Chinese medicine(TCM)external application curative effect was higher than hot water external application,the treatment efficacy similar between the two groups have significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external applicatione in treating residual pain after percutaneous vertebroplasty was stronger than hot water external applicatione.The comfot level of postoperative life was significantly enhance 2.Method choice of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external applicatione cure the backside pain after Percutaneous kyphoplasty,have definite effective curative effect,and easy to use,high degree of patients receiving,can promote in clinical,treatmenting back residual pain after Percutaneous kyphoplasty. |
