Clinical Study On The Effect Of Moxibustion By He-Mu Acupoint Combination On CINV And Quality Of Life Of Chemotherapy Regimen Containing Cisplatin

Objective:the clinical study observes the CINV and quality of life induced by chemotherapy with cisplatin regimen by moxibustion of He-Mu acupoint combination.Methods:in the clinical study,60 cases of malignant tumor chemotherapy with cisplatin were randomly divided into three groups,20 cases each in the He-Mu acupoint combination therapy group,20 cases each in the Xia-He acupoint therapy group,20 cases each in the Mu acupoint therapy group.The three treatment groups were treated with 4.48 mg of tropisetron injection and 0.9%NS 100ml intravenous drip before chemotherapy with DDP.All three groups were treated with different acupoints moxibustion.The moxibustion was given one day before chemotherapy,qd for 7d was one course and 3 courses were given.To compare the total effective rate of relieving CINV symptoms in three groups,and to observe the control of acute CINV and delayed CINV;At the same time,four indexes of peripheral blood and stomach function(PGI,PGII,PGR,G17)were measured by ELISA before and after chemotherapy.Comparison of quality of Life score before and after treatment in three groups.Results:On the basis of conventional antiemetic drugs during chemotherapy combined with acupoint moxibustion can effectively relieve CINV induced by DDP chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients with chemotherapy interval,which has an obvious advantage of He-Mu acupoint moxibustion group.Conclusion:In including DDP chemotherapy during chemotherapy,patients with malignant tumor may appear CINV,affecting the chemotherapy compliance and quality of life of patients,during the chemotherapy period,giving routine antiemetic treatment combined with Acupoint Moxibustion can effectively improve the including DDP chemotherapy of malignant umor caused by CINV,but also can improve the quality of life of patients during chemotherapy.Moxibustion as a therapy for traditional medicine,no obvious adverse reaction and moxibustion in improving the quality of life and the body caused by chemotherapy of CINV,satisfactory clinical efficacy and economic suitability.
