A Randomized Controlled Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Of Cold Dampness Bi Obstruction Type By Acupuncture Assisted With Rumozhitong Powder Transdermal Patch

objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture assisted with rumozhitong powder transdermal patch in the treatment of cold dampness Bi obstruction knee osteoarthritis.methods:According to the research method of clinical randomized controlled trial,72 patients with cold dampness arthralgia type knee joint who came to rheumatology clinic of Mianyang traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research object on the basis of the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study,and were randomly divided into experimental group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was treated with routine acupuncture.The experimental group was treated with rumozhitong powder transdermal patch on the basis of routine acupuncture.The treatment frequency was once a day and 10 times a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated,and evaluate the therapeutic effect again 10 days later.The changes of WOMAC osteoarthritis scale and VAS score before and after treatment were observed.Statistical analysis was used to compare the scores of the two groups.Observe the adverse reactions in the treatment process,evaluate the safety and record them truthfully.results:In the course of the study,the experimental group and the control group each dropped or eliminated 3 cases,and finally the actual number of cases was 66 cases.1?Comparison of baseline between the two groups:Statistical analysis of age,course of disease,gender and score data before treatment in the experimental group and the control group showed that the baseline level of the two groups was similar without statistical significance(P > 0.05).2?Two groups Comparison before and after treatment:2.1?Comparison within the group:After one course of treatment,the comparison within the group showed that:After treatment,the scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than before treatment,and there were significant differences between before and after treatment(P < 0.05).In the control group,except for the WOMAC stiffness score,the other scores were significantly lower than that before treatment,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05)after treatment.Comparation between the scores after treatment and follow-up period,VAS score,WOMAC total score and WOMAC pain score decreased significantly(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in stiffness and daily activity scores both in the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).2.2?Comparison between groups:After treatment,except for WOMAC pain score(P = 0.073 > 0.05),the other scores of the test group and the control group showed significant difference(P < 0.05),the test group was better than the control group.The total effective rates of the two groups were 93.94% and 90.91% respectively(P = 0.003 < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the experimental group was better than the control group.During the follow-up period,except for WOMAC daily activity score(P = 0.316 > 0.05),there was significant difference in other scores between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the overall effective rate of the two groups was 48.48% and 27.27%,respectively,P = 0.041 < 0.05,with the difference calculated by The experimental group is better than the control group.conclusion:(1)?Simple acupuncture and rumozhitong powder transdermal patch on the basis of routine acupuncture all can significantly alleviate the pain of knee joint,improve the function of knee joint,and improve the ability of daily life of patients.However,only acupuncture did not improve the patients' stiff symptoms.(2)?The curative effect of the treatment of cold dampness Bi obstruction type knee osteoarthritis by acupuncture assisted rumozhitong powder transdermal patch is better than that of simple acupuncture in improving the patients' stiffness,dysfunction and ability of daily life,but there is no significant difference in improving pain of patients with simple acupuncture.(3)?There are post-treatment effects in both acupuncture assisted rumozhitong powder transdermal patch and simple acupuncture after the treatment,which can continue to improve the patients' pain symptoms after the treatment,and the effect of acupuncture assisted rumozhitong powder transdermal patch is better than that of simple acupuncture.(4)?It is easy to operate,effective to use acupuncture assisted rumozhitong powder transdermal patch,which can be widely used in clinic.
